Three of us dined there Saturday early evening. Mediocre call drinks arrived 30 minutes later. We had asked that they be in a short rocks glass and they arrived in a tall chimney. While waiting, we asked a busboy for chips, which he brought. Immediately afterwards the waitress stopped by, before she brought out drinks, yo tell us that chips and salsa were $5 with one free refill! What a tacky thing to say. Chips have always been gratis with the meal. All three meals were served lukewarm, two shrimp tacos and a chimichanga. All three were subpar. The waitress has not been trained..at all and there was no manager in sight. The dining staff was running around with no focus on clientele’s needs. The waitress never ever came back to ask how our meals were!Lastly, the average price is $50, not $20-$30.Will not return.

An unforgettable dining experience at this restaurant! Madison, our waitress, was exceptional—friendly, professional, and ensured our experience was perfect. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was spectacular. Can't wait to return

LOL I came here to leave my review, and saw the review from Lola. Couldn’t agree more. The service is tremendous! We sat outside, so I’m not even sure about the atmosphere inside, but outside was cool.HOWEVER, the food is just NO.I got fajitas, and they were so flavorless, maybe the chef forgot about salt existing? Idk.My wife got a salad with cold shrimp?? Weird. I tried the quesadilla my kid got and it was no go either. I would not come here again. Especially for the price of it all.I will say though… their salsa is good.

Great location during sunny day. Lively atmosphere for families and date. Food was ok but too pricey. Service was hospitable. Parking around there is a pain.

You could get better Mexican food from a small-town Mexican place for 1/3 of the price.Food is overpriced and not remotely worth it. Tries to 'spice up' existing dishesLeft paying $100 for two peopleI got the Carne Asada; the 'salsa' was more like spicy tomato paste. STRONG tomato paste flavor. Also got Key Lime Pie; garnished with fresh lime zest (with an overbearing scent to the point you can easily smell the usually mild 'grass clippings' scent in lime)

I'm actually amazed how accurate are the wait times. It's unfortunate that large big parties arrive late or don't cancel ahead and sets back the queue. The restaurant actually handles this pretty well. The food is fantastic. The waiters are very attentive to your needs.

Value for Money: 3.5/5Visited Cactus and had a good time. The music set a good vibe, and the ambience was good. We started with the Camarones D' El Diablo, and it was a hit! The prawns were cooked to perfection, and the mango sauce was a delightful surprise that I instantly fell in love with. For my main, I opted for the Chimichangas with chicken. It was crispy on the outside and juicy inside, but the flavours didn't stand out as much as I hoped. It was good, but not something I'd rave about. However, the Chimayo Enchilada more than made up for it. The fried ground chicken was perfectly seasoned, and the taste was wonderful. It was a solid 5/5 for me! Drinks: Chile-Mango: try this if you are looking for some refreshing beer on a sunny day, The only slight letdown was the guacamole and a few other sauces, which felt a little under-seasoned. Overall, it was a great dining experience, and I'd definitely recommend Cactus for its flavorful dishes and lively atmosphere.

The food was pretty yum for a brunch spot. It’s Mexican brunch so it was pretty yummy, not traditional of course but def still yummy. Our serve was amazing. I don’t remember her name. She was super attentive and made such great recommendations. Would def come again:)

I absolutely love Cactus. It's a great spot for delicious food. It's not supposed to be authentic Mexican, so don't expect that. It's a unique menu that is Mexican food inspired. Very tasty. It's one of my go-to spots for a consistently good meal. Their brunch is probably my favorite of anywhere around. It doesn't get much better than the smoked brisket eggs Benedict with hatch Chile hollandaise sauce. Yum!
