Bought ice cream and burger. Ice cream was 10/10 while the burger was not good enough just ok. Overall our order was handed over to us very quickly.

I ordered a banana split it was all melted, but i thought it might be a one time thing so I didn’t make a big deal of it. The second time it happened again and I asked for a replacement it was even worse

We went through the drive-thru. Despite the long line, it moved fairly quickly. The girl at the microphone and window was very nice. And you could see staff rushing around, but it was productive. The only ding would be that our sweet tea had zero sweet. That's disappointing.

Michelle is the best! She was super sweet when taking my order. My car ended up stalling and when she got off her shift helped me jump start it! She even gave my dog a pup cone for the trouble, absolute amazing employee who deserves a raise!

I ordered 2 baskets, both including toast and fries. I had asked if it was possible to substitute the fries with an extra piece of toast, after being told it would be an additional charge I decided to just take the fries. I received my order and both boxes were missing toast. I’m not sure how the wires got so crossed but “can I have extra toast, instead of fries?” Became “no toast, thanks”
the buffalo sauce tastes like gasoline and hydrogen peroxide…

Blizzard was fabulous but the burger was horrible. It tasted as if the burger patties and bacon had been cooked hours earlier...dry, no juice, flat tasting.

Worst DQ experience EVER! Extremely rude staff that messed up our order and refused to remake it. Avoid this location!!!Edited to add: my husband went back in after me and asked to speak to the manager. The staff on site then decided to remake our order before we were able to speak to the manager.
