We had a small party of 6 and had made a reservation two weeks before. We weren't seated until 30 min after the reservation, waited an hour to order and another hour for food and the bill when they were closing. Our waiter was very rude and disrespectuful going as far as sitting at the table and setting their order tablet on our friends plate. The tacos were not even good for $16, they came on thin tiny tortillas, we asked for more and the waiter got mad and was snarky about it even though we waited 20 min for the extra tortillas... in the whole two and a half hours our water got refilled once. Never had such bad service in my life.

Food: Paid 14 dollars for two shrimp tacos. At a normal restaurant like McDonald's this would be enough for around 1500 calories of food. Here it was probably 200.Each taco only had one shrimp each in them and the rest was cheap spring mix and sauce.Service: waited 60 minutes for my food, and I told the server I wanted 3 tacos when I initially ordered, so they got the wrong order. It felt like they didn't really care about me and that they were understaffed.Atmosphere: they play loud music along with horrible acoustics, making it sounds louder than a middle school cafeteria. Bathroom sink wasn't pressurized properly.Parking: Free parking near the restaurant

We have got there for a birthday dinner for my daughter that was turning 21. I don’t actually think they were prepared for the party because we waited 45 minutes for our table. They said it was the fault of another table not leaving until the ride got there, which I find a little hard to believe that you couldn’t just ask them to wait in your lobby. To get to our table, we had to walk through a very crowded bar, barely being able to get through which I thought was kind of weird. But the food was excellent and I will give this place a second chance.Parking: It looks like parking is subject to a fee, but we got right out so it could be weekends are free

I went to El Encanto one afternoon for lunch and it was fantastic! Portions were generous and shareable, flavors were spot on and there was a wonderful variety of seafood, fish, meat and vegetarian options. I tried several items and loved all of them but really loved the Chile Relleno; perfect amount of spice and cheese and sauce were balanced.Service was attentive and spot on, ambience was relaxing and views were beautiful. Can't wait to go back!

Ordered here twice to go. First time everything but the chili rellenos were terrible. Gave them another chance, ordered more chili rellenos, chips and guacamole, enchilada. When we picked it up, I made sure to ask if the whole order was in the bag and the lady there seemed to take offense at that. Whatever, got home and the chips and guacamole were missing. When I called she argued with me that they were definitely in the bag, but eventually said she'd take it off the bill. Well guess what? It never got taken off and we were cha ged for the full amount. To top it off, all the food we god was really inedible.Just a terrible place.Como is much better and right next door at Carillon Point, Volterra is just down the road. Probably even Cactus is better.

Great venue, love the non alcoholic options, fun food presentation — just wish there were more spicy menu options with “heat.” And, God Bless, but when it’s busy the service really suffers — it took 20+ min to get check and leave. I’ll be back tho.

Visited on a sunny weekend. Weather and scene is great to sit down and chat, but the food is very average. If you only care about posting on your Instagram this is probably where you can go.The price premium is probably given to the beautiful water front. Food selection is majorly Mexican but not a lot of varieties, the quality is below average. Portion is also a bit small.I will not come back again.

Only the view, otherwise, a food truck has better taco quality. The salsa tastes of greenish eggplant with a strange flavor.

Very loud. Difficult to have a conversation. Narrow isle between tables. Not much room to navigate your way through, or the servers either.

All hard surfaces made the half-full dinning areas impossible to hear the person speak across the table. Constantly raise the voice for conservative made the dining experience unpleasant. I won't come back unless for a loud party or outdoor seating.

Yikes. Decided to give this place a try even after reading the terrible reviews and what others have said is true. Overpriced, flavorless, bad service. We ordered the tomatillo salsa which basically tasted like green water. We had Short Rib tacos, mahi mahi, and smoked mushroom [all were a bust]. After not being checked on since our food arrived over an hour earlier, we flagged someone down to get our bill. Waited another 30 minutes before flagging someone else down to pay the check. Will not be returning

Great location with a nice vibe and a great view accross Lake Washington to Seattle. Tasty Mexican cuisine with a nice upscale twist. Reservations are highly recommended at this popular restaurant. Enjoy!

The service and food were absolutely incredible. However - the pork bellies on the guacamole was over cooked. They should be juicy and tender not crispy fried. Otherwise everything was amazing!!!
