I had the salted caramel one and it was absolutely hideous. It was not made fresh for sure and it was extremely chewy and hard. When I came to the store and reported, no care was given.

Spotted the sign in front of the Kirkland shoo saying macaron and bubbly for $5... and I was in! So many flavor options. Curated storefront with lots of bottles for purchase. What's not to love?! Thanks for a fun, impromptu experience!

The customer service blows me away, The macaroons send me to space!!There is no way this place is real, their macaroons blew my mind. And their service is even better, okay maybe not better than the macaroons but close.The macaroons come in so many flavors and were so pretty me and my friend were just taking pictures instead of eating the art! We only chose 4 but the lady behind the counter gave us 2 extra from the "broken" pile. All 6 flavors blew my mind. I'm in love with macaroons! Plus the lady behind the counter was just so friendly and real, like she wasn't just being friendly cause it was her job.For the individual flavors:Ube- like a marshmallow texture and flavorCircus Animal- Exactly like the cookie!Toffee- Beautiful and toffee tastingRaspberry Lychee- Such a unique flavor MUST TRYUnicorn- interesting cookie like but not my favoriteRed Velvet- Extremely rich and of course velvety.

Bummer I was told to place an order today, Friday Jan 19 to make sure it was delivered by next Wednesday 24. I go to place the order online, as directed, and the calendar icon will only allow shipping from 22nd onward. I called 4 times today and nobody answered........

Simply does not get better than this. We were wandering downtown Kirkland with the extended family on New Year's Eve and they were open. A couple of guys inside quietly playing music on a cello and a guitar and that was enough for us, knowing that the macaroons would absolutely hit the right spot for dessert. We went in for five and walked out with 25 and wished that we would have gotten more – it is really that good. They are all perfectly done and the variety is truly incredible. In the heart of downtown Kirkland and this is always a must-stop. Love this place

I loved the cute interior & decoration but unfortunately the service was disappointing since the sales associate was rude about switching out flat macrons with puffy & pretty ones for my X-MAS Tree gift box. Also, don’t be so stingy but the company policy should allow Reward stamp for $42 dozen macrons X-MAS Tree since it cost more than 15 macron regular box. Lastly, the customer didn’t feel welcome and rushed…need to work on customer service. Will visit another location next time. : (

Lady Yum is such a FIND!! The Macarons are incomparable. We love the flavors. They are perfection!
These macaroons are incredible. I got a 15pk of all different flavors, some of my favorites were: espresso fudge, strawberry, and pear frangipane!
