10 minutes till close and they locked the door as I parked. I watched them do it. I walked up and they told me through the door that they were closed. 10 minutes early mind you. All good. But don't lock the door as soon as I pull up.

I have long been a fan of papa Murphy's. Recently I attempted to place an order for build your own. It clearly says $16.99 build your own with up to 5 toppings. This worked two weeks ago at bridle trails. I built my 5 topping pizza that rang up as $25 before tax and wasn't itemized in any way.$17 for a take and bake pizza is very different than $25. By $8, or almost 50%.

Everything looks perfect with food being t their customer service has NO STAR at all. They're always grumpy. I've been this place a few times and they always never had an smile on their face, I walked to the cashier and the kid behind the cashier stirred at my eyes, remained silent until I start talking. To people the customer service talks much louder than anything else.

My husband and I got food poisoning from our meat lovers pizza last night. We have eaten this pizza many times and never had issues till last night about an 1hr after we were both vomiting and severe cramping and diarrhea all night long. Never will eat there again. Yucky

Tried to order a pizza at 6:45 pm but someone who didn't feel like doing their job answered the phone and told me they were closed. I mentioned their hours were listed as closing at 7, he stuttered and then lied, saying they close at 6:30 and then hung up on me.

We ordered a pizza on the phone and the guy said it would be 25 minutes!!! What? Drove there (took 20 min) 3 guys in there, not doing a thing and no customers or waiting line and there and only one premade pizza on the rack. Sat down and waited. Took him less than 5 minutes to make it. Meanwhile they had another customers order ready. She came in and they made her wait to pay for it while he made ours. So rude.....Whoever heard of a take'n bake would take 25 minutes????? I hope the franchise owner gets rid of these clowns.

It's a Papa Murphy's pizza, you honestly can't go wrong. Been going to this location for quite a while now, and I can whole heartedly say that I've only had a couple unpleasant experiences. The college kids working there are quite nice and respectful, and do a fantastic job of taking care of your order. As for one of the managers, terrible attitude and awful leadership skills with quite a hint of incompetence, but I don't think they work there anymore. Despite that, you can expect your order made to your specification, and most certainly you can expect it to be delicious. Support your local chain, and buy yourself a take and bake 'zza!
