After dinner, I went to explore a new milk tea shop. I ordered a cup of taro milk tea and a cup of brown sugar pearls. I ordered the hot one. The cup was very small and the taste was really bad.Brown sugar is normal, but normal sugar is too sweet, and the milky tea taste is very weak. I think taro is brewed powder, which is too unpleasant and tastes too artificial.

Duo grape is wonderful Except the grapes are a little bit sour The cream cheese on top is great

Came for dinner in the area and was happy to try out a new bubble tea place. Staff was friendly and was willing to blend a drink for my bf that wasn't on the menu. I got the Kiwi Fruit Tea and Grapefruit Green Tea. They were very refreshing and tasty; you can actually taste the bitterness of the grapefruit; it didn't taste fake and syrupy.

Got the Thai Tea — it was delicious! I got it with half sugar but it was still sweet. The ice is not cubed but instead crushed. This is the first time I’ve ever wished I ordered my tea with MORE ice!

Great tea. The duo grape tea is very tasty. My top3 are grape tea, rose match latte, and signature blend teaspresso. I left one star out because my delivery orders were wrong multiple times. Either forgot the rose in my rose matcha latte or too much sugar. I just want what I ordered.

I feel like I could go on and on with a review, but I'll try to keep it short...I LOVE THIS PLACE. It was our first time in (02/14/2024), and we loved how nice and clean the place was, minimalist design is always a good way to go!Service: We looked at the menu for a bit and Dustin was standing by the counter prepared if we had any questions or were ready to order. We ended up asking some questions about the menu because, again, it was our first time. He was so patient and happy to help us, he knew the menu like the back of his hand, and was very informative. Dustin also came out from behind the counter and delivered our drinks to us! And unfortunately my friend ordered her drink wrong, and he was happy to remake it. I always appreciate a place that is willing to remake drinks, because no matter who's at fault, humans make mistakes! Accidents happen, so companies/employees that understand that will always have my favor in business. I think my one (and only) thing I'd say needs a bit of work is that you can't really customize drinks, which wasn't too much of an issue for my friend and I, we're okay with switching it up so it's within their menu options, but I can see how it may cause an issue if you're picky or want your bubble tea to be made "exactly how they do it at this other place", but this isn't the employees fault, it's definitely an owner/manager issue.Quality of product: I have drank boba my whole life, and I feel like as time passes the quality of most places is going down, and they're just trying to run a product, taking on the "quantity over quality" mindset. NOT THIS PLACE. The tapioca pearls are perfect, not mushy, not tough. And they were perfectly sweetened (a lot of places don't realize you're supposed to sweeten it, not just boil it in water.) The drinks itself were perfectly sweet, not sugar sweet, but had good flavor.Price: I think this place has pretty fair prices, taking into consideration the location of the shop (The Urban in Kirkland). And also that a 16 oz cup of coffee in the area costs upwards of $8 - $11.Overall I will definitely be back. This place isn't near where I live at all, but I'd be willing to make that 30-40 minute drive for quality bubble tea. I will be telling everyone about this place as it has changed the game of boba for the area, the bar is raised.

There are some small plastic articles in the duo grape tea, really bad experience, both my kid and I got them, cannot finish the drink because of that!

We popped in for something sweet after lunch and enjoyed their rose matcha latte (hot) and rose spring tea (iced). The staff did a good job keeping up with new customers, the place looked clean, and the drinks were well made. I noticed a couple of children's activity stations in the shop, multiple formats of seating, bright lighting, and contemporary music. I appreciated the effort to create a child friendly space while not making it seem childish.

Ummm, how have they evaded being sued by Share tea - such an exact copy! Hilarious! Time will tell!

Great place! The best part of RareTea is their tea - the tea flavor is strong but not bitter; my green milk tea was very fragrant and floral. The boba was actually sweet, unlike some places where the boba is flavorless and just texture. The drinks are quite sweet - I would recommend "less sweet" - next time I go I'll try to get an even lower sugar level. I've also tried the okinawa milk tea and mango smoothie, and they are all great!
