Staff are amazing! Being our first time at Salt and Straw we had the pleasure of meeting Elizabeth. She explained all of the flavors in detail and did an amazing job offering us samples of the delicious ice cream! We got the sense that she genuinely enjoyed her job and went above and beyond in terms of service. Will definitely be coming back to this location for its welcoming staff, and of course the delicious ice cream!

They have new flavors every now and then to keep the menu fresh.Every item has clearly indicated allergen information and the staff is very helpful with any questions and tasting.The fire pit outside the store is an awesome spot to enjoy the ice cream on colder days.
