Used to love the Redmond location. The zoom added to the name seems to indicate a smaller menu, more expensive and less space. Also water tasted weird. Can't see myself going back. But the server was nice and food came out fast.

Yummy Thai food and a good addition to Kirkland. The standout of this restaurant for me was the fun drinks they offered... interesting tea flavors and yummy boba. Very good service as well with incredibly friendly staff. Only reason for the 4 stars is because it's not my favorite Thai in the area, but it's still very good and a cute experience.

I mean it was okay but not like what I expected from the rave reviews. I got the yellow curry and a Thai tea with boba. The Thai tea was good but the boba was inedible, just wrong texture and tasted like nothing, also almost 7 dollars for a tiny bottle just not worth it at all. Where do I start with the yellow curry, it seemed like they needed to get rid of ingredients based on what they put in. I get being lazy but whole baby carrots in it is insane, and then to use red potatoes for curry? Just odd choices overall. I ordered online and it worked well and fast and the customer service was great also the interior was nice probably great to dine in but honestly I just would not go back based on the price and issues with both items. I paid 28 dollars for just one thing and a very overpriced drink. I think their noodles might be better than their curries but I'm not sure I'm willing to go back based on this experience. I think these are small issues to fix easily but 18 dollars for a curry that looks like I could've thrown it together in a pot isn't a promising start.

Such a clean and friendly place, with very helpful and nice staff. Yellow curry is my favorite and pad see ew is second! So glad Sip Thai is back in the area! ❤️

I try the Pad Thai at every Thai restaurant I go to and this restaurant had the best Pad Thai I’ve had in Kirkland so far. I’ve been in this area for 4 years and I’m so happy there’s finally a local Thai restaurant that does it right! It was delicious and the chicken was not dry like most places. I took it to go but I can’t wait to have it fresh at the restaurant and try their other dishes.2/25 Went back and ordered the Pad See Ew this time. It was also very tasty and I like the extra vegetables they put it in.

I ordered lunch to go here today and this place was packed!! It's new, brightly colored and decorated inside. It's on the small size but that just makes the space more cozy. I ordered the pad kee mao (drunken noodles) and pineapple fried rice. Both were vegetarian and a 3 for spicy. I really liked the drunken noodle dish and I would have that again. The fried rice was good it just so happens the drunken noodles were really hitting the spot, ha! Lunch is a couple bucks cheaper per entree on the lunch menu. The lunch menu is a little more limited in options versus the dinner menu. They do close from 2:30-4pm and reopen for dinner service, fyi.

Sip Thai spicy noodles and drunken noodles were both good but I would have liked a little bit more.

A freeze night, I found this Thai Restaurant then I ordered Crab Fried Rice, Chicken Satay and Thai Tea to go! I appreciate they made a hot Thai Tea in this such cold night! The crab ? meat is pretty much and chunks!?Fresh!Satay is full of lemon grass flavor that tastes good with peanut sauce!I’d definitely come back again. The space is not big, but their to-go meal serves in a prompt manner and the staff is so sweet to think about customers!

I love this place! I visited the Redmond location for years until it burned down in a horrible act of arson. I went on opening day and the food is even better than I remembered. June and her restaurant staff are fantastic.
