Nice staff, always pleasant and quick. They all deserve a raise, the only reason I'm not giving five stars is not the fault of the employees but maybe management.There have been a few times when the pitas used for the cheesy gordita crunch (and the hard taco shell) are really stale.I hope they decide to start throwing them out sooner when they're stale-- because my favorite meal is ruined when the pita or the shell or both are stale.
Very slow. I ordered food online, came to the restaurant and was waiting for it for about 20 minutes. Cashier and other staff tried to avoid me and not listen. After a long time they say that they don't have my order. They started to redo it. Another 20 minutes. Terrible restaurant.

I recently learned that the staff is undergoing a transformation to improve customer service and adherence to standards. I sincerely hope this change will be effective because I have frequently visited this location due to its exclusivity and my enjoyment of their properly prepared food.
