Service was great, and the restaurant was warm and cozy. Unfortunately, the food was the worst Thai food I’ve ever had. The crispy rolls were pretty good, but they were barely warm with slightly cold centers, not hot. The sweet and sour sauce had a weird taste and horrible after taste, but the chicken was decent. The beef phad Thai had a strong, undesirable flavor, and the beef was absolutely horrible, the texture was rubbery making me think it was like fake beef (if there is such a thing). I will not return, nor would I recommend.

I made a mistake. I ordered from this restaurant thinking it was the one up the street from me, when in fact it was 30 miles away. Paid online with credit card. When I realized my mistake, I called, explained and apologized. They offered no refund at all, so I paid the tax and tip in addition to the food. A $50 lunch that I can’t pick up. While I own up to my mistake, I do find their customer service lacking. Like REALLY lacking.

Thai Golden Bowl has disappointed us for the last time. We’ve noticed a decline in quality and consistency of their food for a while now but the past two weeks have sealed the deal.I’m a Crispy Chicken and Pad Thai guy. Both used to be delicious here but not anymore. The Crispy Chicken tasted like two completely different dishes the last two times I ordered it. Both times it was extremely dry and way too salty. A always get peanut sauce and that has become thin and almost tasteless. The Golden Bowl was fabulous when they first opened years ago but lately, well , it sucks!

Cozy and clean spot with friendly staff! I ordered Garlic Delight with tofu and crispy rolls. The tofu is done well, white rice is perfect, rolls are crispy, can't wait to try more food from here. Definately a new go to spot for me!

Ordered the Thai fried rice with chicken.Ordered online and it was ready for pickup in 5 minutes. It was very tasty. My issue was, I ordered it medium spicy, but it wasn't spicy at all.Kind of disappointing as I had a cold and wanted something kind of spicy.

Truly an excellent array of Thai food hitting almost every button and flavor. This is a neighborhood restaurant on the hill and most of the orders tend to be phoned in to pick up for people to eat at home here on the hill. They have been here quite a while and they are doing well. Currently, online orders, because of the high volume, 10 to involve a bit more of a weight. It is definitely worth it

I like this place quite a bit. My wife finds their "mild" or 1 star to be spicier than Chantanee in Bothell and doesn't like that. Everything about the experience ( from web order to dine in to the food) is good in my opinion, although rice quantity does seem real skimpy to curry quantity.

Have eaten here several times over the years and food has always been adequate. Unfortunately, we ordered take out tonight the soup was too sweet, the chicken satay was dry, and the pot stickers were chewy and tasteless.

It was very stuffy/hot inside, the food took 25 minutes for takeout when only one table was full in the restaurant, and the food was mediocre. I’d recommend another Thai restaurant nearby.
Friendly staff, amazing food, and Hank Hill picture at the register is too funny. Golden noodle and Massaman are both favorites from me!
