I own a Rad 6 Plus and we had a battery that was not charging. Instead of purchasing a new battery for $600, Chazz was able to open up the battery and replace a shorted fuze about 8 weeks ago and battery has been working great since. Very knowledgeable about electric bikes, thanks for all your help Chazz.

After wanting an e-bike for a couple of years, I searched locally for recommended shops and found several folks had mentioned Chazz and his shop “Babyboomer Bikes”. I saw that Chazz was an authorized Aventon dealer and after doing some research on the Aventure 2, immediately reached out to him to ask about the bike.Chazz responded to my questions quickly and told me to call him to set up an appointment. Arriving at Chazz’s home shop (which is impressive btw), he showed the bike I wanted and took me on a test ride. He was extremely attentive and took me thru the paces on different types of terrain, roughly a six mile ride in multiple conditions.Afterwards, we placed the order for my bike and picked out the options and accessories I wanted. After a little more than a week, Chazz had my bike assembled and configured exactly how I wanted it. He made sure the bike was fitted perfectly, and that I took a test ride. I’m incredibly happy with the bike.I absolutely recommend giving Chazz and his shop a look. Chazz is an awesome guy! My derailer was bent and the gears were out of wack. Chazz fixed it and even showed me in detail what was wrong and how I could have fixed it myself. He is extremely friendly and professional. I highly recommend for any bike repair (or purchase).
Chazz has been amazing. We had a complex order that had one bike sent to NM. His customer service is incredible. His shop, ran as a mobile shop as most are, also has a location at his residence and had most items instock, available to trial before ordering.I could be described as a neurotic consumer and Chazz put all my concerns at ease. He also offers assembly (not all independent dealers do without an up charge) and delivery if desired - with an operational tutorial. If your in the market for an Ebike - you must check out Baby Boomer bikes first!
