My experience with this location as always been positive. Myself and my partner normally make a "tall" order and go here once a month. They may take a little longer to make the food but the food has always been not messy, absolutely delicious, and all items accounted for in the bag. Thank you to the staff here we appreciate you so much.
I'll give them a 3 for now, I don't know if the staff was having a hard time that day or not, however, my nachos were put into the bag where the box opening was facing downward and leaked all over inside the bad and on my taco wrappers. They have a new strawberry popping Boba and i didnt get and strawberry in my drink, My crispy chicken tacos had so much cheese and lettuce on them that they couldn't be closed properly and dumped all over when I opened it. And they forgot my cheesecake bites. Their food is really good so I will probably go again and hopefully have a different experience.

Services is so bad. They messed up our order 2x in one day. Had to drive back to get the correct items and they still messed it up.

Ordered the Carne Asada Quesadilla taco combo.Very little meat inside of all three tacos that were ordered. Ended up combining two taco's as there was so little Carne Asada in each.Fries were undercooked, unsalted and overly greasy. You could literally squeeze the grease from the fries.Was not worth the $17+ I was charged.

Better than Taco Bell. The meat is definitely less greasy. Their epic burritos are HUGE. They unfortunately sometimes take FOREVER to make your food, though.Vegetarian options: Beyond products, guacamole and beans are good options.

The tacos are very humdrum. They had a "sterile" taste and texture to them, quite boring, very basic. It was my first visit. One big benefit to getting food at a chain restaurant is the health safety over small places. At least you know the food is safer generally. I would probably return. Very average. Hence the 3 for average grade "c", not bad in any way.

First time going, not a big fan. Employees where so caught up in there own conversations, that they didn't even noticed when we came in. Once they realize we were there, the cashier was pushy for our order even after telling her it was our first time and we needed a moment. She went back to her conversations. She came off quite impersonal and unfriendly. Lunch was okay, the carne asada was so over cooked in my quesdilla it was like chewing beef jerky between cheese. Our favorite part of the meal was the packaged hot sauce. We'll try Del Taco again, just not this location.
