Great service but my club sandwich was horrible.Got a club Sandwich at Applebee's the other day and it was delicious and $3 cheaper. The Dennys club was not good at all from Limp lettuce to smushy tomatoes to meat and bacon that looked and tasted like it had been in the refrigerator for weeks.For the most part the food here is good but I havnt been here in awhile so maybe they have new a new cook?

Maybe it was just an off night. Maybe it's because it was 3am and they are used to nothing but drunks. Maybe I can't think of another explanation for what was served. None of what we ordered was good. Either overcooked or undercooked, but all cold. I know it was takeout but chicken fried steak doesn't cool from the inside. Which would have been all good if it tasted good but it didn't. I will make sure to be drunk if I ever happen to end up there at 3am again.

We have been coming here to this location since we got stationed here in 2010.Some of the faces have changed and others have not. I love the fact that the ones that have stayed remember who you are!The food is always hot and made quickly, Even when it's packed.The parking lot is a bit tricky to get in and out since it's on a busy road... but worth the trip!!!

What a truly frustrating experience... my family came in for dinner at 7pm. By 8:10pm our food still wasn't ready. We watched two different tables get their food even though they sat down after us and also watched several doordash orders go out.... all before we got our food. By 8:20pm they finally brought out most of the food (still waiting for my daughters mac n cheese)...my food was made wrong, my husband's had a hair on it, and my other son's was cold. By this point, we walked out. It unfortunate that the server missed out on a tip due to the lack of hospitality here..How incredibly disappointed, we will not return.

Here's the thing. The actual taste of the food was fine. The staff are friendly enough. And the atmosphere of the place is fine. But why I'm writing this review is because this is the second time I've ordered from here and the order was wrong again. Twice now, I've ordered from the Lacey location and they cannot seem to get my order right. Both times, I've ordered in the early AM's. And business was CLEARLY slow.So why is it that BOTH my orders can't be made correctly? I will not be ordering from here again. I don't have time to drive all the way back from my house to grab what I needed. I did it the first time, but I won't do it a second time. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.Like I said, it has nothing to do with the taste of the food, staff, or cleanliness of the restaurant. They just are bad at reading orders.
