I called 3 times to check and see if their gluten free rolls were available, with no answer. Drove 20 min, because there’s not that many other options. They were out. I told them I had called with no answer and there was no apology. Bad service. Won’t be trying this place again.

1st timer here. My dear friend speaks about them and suggested she bring home a couple of sub sandwiches. I'm glad she did. Nice and clean with awesome service (?)! I ordered the ft long turkey / bacon club on wheat w chips. She ordered the Philly Cheesecake on wheat. My sub was very well made. It was nicely prepared sub, solid & meaty. The slightly toasted bread was wonderfully complimented with crunchy & fresh ingredients. I specifically request *xTRA lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, peppers, olives, and a little oil. I could tell from the first bite that the sandwich was definitely made with care. If you're ever in the Lacey area, check out Firehouse Subs. You'll be happy you did but your stomach will be even more Happier. Shout out to the Firehouse Sub Team!??? *p.s. my personal experienceKid-friendliness: YesWheelchair accessibility: Yes

This place was absolutely fire! I first walked in and it smelt AMAZING. Then we ordered and the service wasn’t a hassle at all. Then we sat down and waited probably only five minutes and it was ready! Then when I dug in it tasted great! I 100% recommend! One of my top 5 restaurants.Vegetarian options: My mom got a salad.Kid-friendliness: Have kid menu options.Wheelchair accessibility: Just smooth ground.

Best tasting sub sandwich ever! Glad I found this place . On Saturday I went to go to my favorite sub sandwich place, but the were closed when I arrived. I decided to try something new, glad I did. Firehouse subs is now my new favorite sub sandwich place to eat!

Came in to grab a sandwich 3 people working and the nice young lady said 30 minutes because of an online order of 17 sandwiches. I’ve never heard of something like this they have enough employees to help make the other sandwiches. Oh well we

I have never been here nor will I ever try it. If the business has to post a review on another restaurant only to refer it back to advertising their own business. I'm out.

Always friendly and prompt service. Clean dining. Def recommend for your sandwich
The subs are amazing but the customer service is lacking. We called ahead of time to take our food home since it was a late night. We ordered two sandwiches, macaroni and chicken dumpling soup. Our daughter is picky so we thought she might enjoy the dumpling soup. When we got into the car we were excited for her to try it so we opened it and it was just liquidy broth and one dumpling. I took it back inside and the lady said "it's just because it is the end of the night". They did get us more from the back and it was thick and full of dumplings and veggies. We are thankful they fixed it and thankful we checked before we got all the way home with a cup size (we ordered bowl) of broth.

Food was good, but the employees' attitudes wasn't even close to acceptable. Not worth the rolling eyes and back talk.

Employees look like they'd rather be anywhere else but here. Not welcoming at all. Go to Jersey mikes instead.

BBQ brisket sub sandwich is my go to...A wide array of ice cold sodas to wash it down...
