“Had a Brat, menu was very specific that it came with grilled onions & kraut so made sure I asked for grilled onions but w/o the kraut, so delicious with the German mustard, hit the spot, service was great, nice relaxing outdoor seating by stage for entertainment & people watching...The Farmer's Market has a very nice food court with lots of options, a little expensive but what food place isn't anymore after COVID & skyrocketing expenses...“
“We have never had a bad meal or bad service at German Diner. This is a small, family-owned local business, just the type of establishment we like to support. The dining room is not very large, but we haven’t had to wait to be seated. The menu offers simple, basic German entrees and the variety of schnitzels are all delicious. My favorite is the Hunter (mushroom) sauce. They have both spaetzle and fried potatoes as well as other sides. Prices are reasonable and servings are generous. The service is friendly, but it can sometimes be a bit slow if they have a lot of customers and the kitchen is busy. They do a fair amount of takeout business, also. I follow them on Facebook for announced specials, but even when not on special, prices are fair for the quality and quantity of food. I definitely recommend German Diner, if you have a hankering for German food.“
