Kelly is always professional and her staff follow has her lead. Very helpful, they always have a smile when you enter and love the decorations for their seasons. Very clean well kept establishment.
Could use more help. The staff is always overly busy and has difficulty attending to all the customers during a busy rush, bit they have always been courteous and the smoothies delicious.

Service and food is always great. Something else to add which you consistently dint see is that the employees look genuinely happy with working there and the ambiance instead of having the face of "just doing this because i have to" and have a very communicative relation with their manager as like "friends" for lack of better words and not just someone that tells them what to do. Love to see it!
