Really good food and the staff was nice. The food prep area was also really clean even though it was busy. That was great to see. You could tell the staff took pride in their work.

I love JJ's...but this location is lacking. They are much slower than other locations and the staff isn't very helpful. It's 2 miles from where I live which is a bummer bc I mostly end up ordering from the one across town bc of the issues I've encountered. I've sent feedback on their website about this mutiple times but nothing has happened! I hope they improve!

The freaky fast needs to be removed from this location, unfortunately. The subs and wrap were good, but... We stood in line for 5 minutes before we were acknowledged. There were 2 people in front of us with the same experience. I truly understand that sometimes snags come up and more hands are needed at the sub making area, however, customers coming in should be acknowledged with a "we will be right with you, I'm really sorry for the wait" or something similar. Not just ignored. After ordering it took approximately 10 minutes to get the food. I would add, this is not an isolated incidence, this is at the least the 3rd time this has happened at this location. I will add, the employees were pleasant once talking with them.

They changed the Ranch. It is now pink for some reason and totally flavorless. I paid $1.50 for flavorless pink mystery sauce. If I wanted that, I could have gone to Arby's to get sick. If you ask for extra napkins... You get 3 whole napkins.. Maybe.. it's a crap shoot on whether or not there are any napkins in that bag. On top of that, the prices have raised. I guess I'll order from Canna Cabana from now on instead.

I came and ordered the number 7.They took 15 minutes to give me my chips and sandwich. Finally they gave it to me and I drove off and saw that I was given 2 sandwiches. When I got home I opened them up thinking maybe they gave me a second sandwich for waiting too long but it was a completely different sandwich than what I ordered.Then I opened the main one and it wasn't the sandwich I ordered either!
