Online order was easy and fast. Awesome to be able to track your order especially because it is fresh at the precise time you are notified that order is ready. The owner is very friendly has great customer service skills and made it enjoyable and fun for my grandchildren by giving them a toy ball, some cookies and a souvenir cup. Couldn't understand the name the guy was saying. They got my pizzas not even close. I ordered a pan cheese pizza and a pan meat pizza. They gave me cheese and pepperoni on thin crust, then a pepperoni pizza and hand-tossed. The cheese pizza was for a vegetarian. She couldn't eat it. Both pizzas were thrown away and we went to Pizza Hut who got our order correct. This place is a sorry, pathetic excuse for a pizza place. Will never return again.

Owners are not Customer friendly. I ordered 1 deep dish pizza and puffs, Not 2. Was overcharged and given more food then id asked for. I’ve used to work for a little Caesers. This property is Overwhelmed Understaffed Not enough Prep and Obvious language barrier when the owner lady can’t understand Customers she’s helping! I want my money back. I am never getting Little Caesar’s again. I WANTED 1 deep dish not 2. Id give 0 stars if I could.

So first, it took 10 minutes for the guy at the register to stop arguing with a customer on the phone about how their order was messed up to inevitably just hang up on them and not offer any solution, while other people in the back watched us wait to order. Then homeboy charges me more than the menu price (which I didn't catch until later), only for us to get a luke warm, clearly older pizza that had been sitting for a hot minute.I was super disappointed with the quality and customer service here. I know Little Cesar's isn't known for being the best pizza around, but at other locations, I've almost never had this issue. If you have the option to pass on this specific Little Cesar's, I would. We probably won't be visiting this one again anytime soon!
