Dirty every time I have been there. Floors inside feel super greasy to a point you could slip. The kitchen floor had trash and spilled drinks. Not a one time even with this store. Have seen a mount of trash, boxes, and even thier food karts just sitting out front of the resteraunt. I am surpised that they can run a McDonalds like this. It is way below par even for fast food in all regaurds. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

It's no longer even remotely fast food in the evening. Not even close. The workers are always great, and they all deserve a raise, but management clearly and consistently refuses to staff appropriately, so, if it's after 6pm, you're going to be stuck in the drive thru for 1/2 hr or more! Just locked in. For "fast food" fries and a burger! It's absurd, and there are so many alternatives nearby. Pick any one of them and spare yourself. Management doesn't care about your wait.

It stinks so bad, looks extremely disgusting. Staff was arguing with each other and only working on drive thru orders while having a lot of people in the lobby waiting for food. Very unprofessional, definitely seemed understaffed. No customer should wait over 30 minutes for food.. I'm so surprised this restaurant is even open smelling and looking the way it does.

Cool squirrels in the parking lot too. Fun to hang with while car dining. They offer better pricing than Tumwater. Tumwater has turned into a problem location. I ordered my food ahead of time for pick up. I arrived went inside and asked how much longer since it had been about 10 minutes. I was told I had 3 orders ahead of me. I patiently waited until 30 minutes went by. I went to the counter and asked what was going on. I was told they had looked for me outside and cleared my order. I said, I was inside and told there were 3 orders ahead of me, also the order taken outside had a soda and I didn’t order that. I was given a refund because they were no longer serving breakfast by the time they realized their mistake. Just frustrating because I waisted my time and was trying to get going to head to Seattle for my daughters 21st bday.This McDonald’s has always been chaotic with the yelling from the staff to communicate. To me this is very unprofessional and makes the environment very tense when you are eating and waiting. I often wonder why they don’t wear ear pieces to better communicate.
McDonald’s should just close this location. Embarrassing.
