Visited at lunch on Saturday. They were out of firecracker shrimp, veggies side, broccoli beef and mushroom chicken. All of which were on my order. They tried filling my order without providing everything I ordered. Finally, 25 minutes AFTER I ordered, they finally completed my order. Food was good. But I'd NEVER go back for a working lunch or suggest this location for that purpose. Lakewood store is 5 star.

Do a mobile order get there get the food come home and all that is in there is white rice no teriyaki chicken in there called them back told me they would take care of it the next time in so we will see

Ordered two plates and they both had little portions but the worst part was the chow mein was ALL veggies. Tried to call to get the two plates remade and no answer.
Have not been to this location in what feels like decades! The atmosphere was calm even though it was extremely busy and the employees served up these plates like champs. Courteous, attentive, and if there was anything stressful happening behind the glass, any animosity, you couldn't tell and that is what I call team work and great customer service. Usually the food is good. I ordered Teryaki chicken, and in the picture it is pure meat. When I got mine, it looked like spare ribs that is pure grizzle. It went right in the trash.

First of all the interior i really really wish you would have never updated because it dosen't look chinese inspired it looks like a normal restaurant also bring back those stuffed panda plushies because they were so cute also the food is nasty it's frozen the food is not worth what they charge for also they need to have some options for picky eaters

This is a great place to get a quick bite to eat, and has plenty full options. The food is prepared fresh in front of you and the dishes are replenished every 15 to 20 minutes. You can get larger portions for a small nominal fee. They also has special seafood items which cost just $1.50 more, additionally, the facilities are really nice and clean. The tables are always wiped down between customers. The lighting focuses on the food. Presentation is very pleasing to the eye. The dishes are always piping hot and steaming. The egg rolls and veggie rolls are fresh.
