I've never eaten at panera before, so in first impression the place looks nice and clean. Everything from that forward was a disappointment. The menu was ok, the food was like cafetería food to me, and the bacon Mac n cheese was watery cheese sauce and a huge disappointment. After spending 65.00 for 3 people, I promise you I will never go back here again. I don't think I'm asking that much to have decent food for that price and quality!

I bought their bagel special, 13 bagels with 2 cream cheese spread tubs. All of the bagels were super hard, difficult to chew, couldn't be softened with toasting or steaming. I don't know if they served me day old bagels or what, but they were not edible. Save your money and just go buy bread at the store and some cream cheese spread.Parking: The parking was great.

Went for breakfast this morning.The service was great.Had to try their new coffee and it was compatible to Starbucks.The breakfast sandwiches are to die for.
Nit surr if anyone can tell me if this Is the typical way this sandwich looks as far as portion. For an $18 sandwich I've had much butter from Panera than this.

Had a DoorDash and some girl just put it on a side shelf and walked away, didn’t know until about 10 minutes had gone by that she had just seemed to “forgot” about it. Same happened to another girl I had talked to who also had food delivery. Their setup is lackluster at most. Terrible service.

Compared to the Panera across town by the mall, the staff at the pickup counter at this location are deeply unpleasant to deal with and it really needs to be addressed by management. My experiences with them have been almost universally terrible. Usually involving staff straight up ignoring me and whoever else is waiting for their order even when the order is complete and an arms length away from them. My experience today with "Parker" was exceptionally terrible and led to me writing this review. He has an attitude better suited to a prison commissary and shouldn't be allowed anywhere decent people might have to encounter him. It doesn't cost you anything to be courteous and there's no reason to look through people and pretend they don't exist, especially when it's easier to just hand them their order and let everyone get on with their day.
Love the food but not the prices or the service time. Been here many times and had to wait for coffee to be made. How are they not prepared for a Sunday rush for coffee? Please do better.

This is my first time trying Panera, the Mediterranean bowl with chicken was really disappointing. Too much sauce, not enough chicken. The bowl lacks flavor and the bread on the side was dry and tasted old. The food is way overpriced for what it is. I haven’t had food this bad in a long time. They try to pretend to be healthy but not even the salads or bowls are healthy with the excess of sauce.

The food was lackluster at best. Grilled cheese had unmelted cheese. French onion soup with croutons and shredded cheese. Foot long sandwich and they didn't even cut it in half. No one cleaned any tables the entire time we were there. The place gives depressing vibes.
