There was a hic-up with my order where it said it went through but it did not. I ended up having to go down there to figure it out and get my order. BUT I have to say. The person working the store (by himself) was very sorry for the mis hap even though it wasn't his fault or really anything he could do. He didn't do the "oh not my problem, I just work here" He seemed truly sorry for my inconvenience. They did take care of me and I think he deserves to be acknowledged...I didnt get his name but he was working at the lacey store on 9/26 at around 3:30 pm

They were great when it came to customer service but my only complaint is the lack of washing hands and not using gloves to make the pizza. I rarely ever make a review but I ordered a pizza and I noticed the cashier who put the toppings on my pizza didn’t wash their hands after handling the cash register and touching their face, hair etc. I thought maybe it was a one time thing where they forgot, i watched as the next people ordered and the same worker failed to wash their hands and actually used their bare finger to take off excess sauce off the dough and wiped it back into the sauce container. Papa johns is always a go to for my family and I to order but since this incident I feel kinda hesitant to go back. I can only imagine if they aren’t in a habit of washing their hands then what else could they be disregarding when it comes to food safety and sanitation.

I was doing Uber eats and the employees were swearing and one who was making the food, was saying he doesn't know my name so who cares if I'm swearing.I personally would never get anything from there based solely of the attitude of the one kid.

Papa John's offers a decent pizza for a delivery chain joint.The biggest fault is in the crust. Overall it's a bit soft and doughy scoring a solid 4.5/10. The sauce on the other hand is pretty good for such a complex sauce. I generally prefer a simpler sauce that you can really taste the tomatoes in but for this offering they do a good job and it comes in at a respectable 6/10. The toppings are great but the cheese is a bit greasy. Overall pizza score 5.5/10 value out the door 6/10. Definitely a good go to for an easy delivery.

Ordered around 10 pizzas for my son's birthday, put the order in online in advance so they had notice for such a large order. I specifically chose 12:45 as the pickup time. I double and triple checked this before I submitted as we were working around other scheduled pickups. Well, they made my order at 10:30, ready by 11, about 2 hours before it was needed bc "it came across the screen at 10:30" yes, I submitted it, but a schedule ahead time which was missed or ignored. I was offered only one solution which was my order remade, but I would have to pay another 50% of what I already paid, for their mistake. Was told GM and/or owner would reach out to me as they were unavailable and provided my information. Well, I never got a call at all from anyone. Worst customer service I've ever experienced and will not order again. Spend your money and effort somewhere else locally.

Told them my order and they even repeated it back to not give me my entire order and not willing at all to make it right. I was told "all I do is push the buttons" $42 for a pizza and dessert..

Ordered online from about 10min down the road on Monday evening. It was out for delivery in a few minutes, but then we had to wait over an hour for it to arrive when the tracker claimed 35min. It was then updated as "delivered" a full 15min before it actually arrived... cold. When I called the store asking where the order might be, the manager refused to check on it for me and started yelling at me over the phone instead. It seems he preferred airing his grievances to me rather than do his actual job. I'm usually understanding, but I don't appreciate being sworn at for asking a perfectly natural question. In the end, I got a cold pizza and no courtesy. If I could give less than 1 star, I would rate this into the ground. 0/10
