Driven by this place forever, didn't know it was still open, but drove by it one morning and saw they were indeed open, but ONLY for breakfasts. As an adventure, decided to try it. Weird little building (an old house at one point) but the staff is awesome, very friendly. Good variety on the menu. Ordered the "biscuits and gravy and everything" and got a huge plate of food! Traditional Cafe breakfast, excellently done. Again, it's a "hole in the wall" place, but clean, full of mismatched character and good food.

Family owned, cute kitschy place, great homemade food! The chicken fried steak was tender, crispy, seasoned perfectly as was the gravy! My husband's Ham and cheese omelette was also cooked and seasoned well. The service was friendly and welcoming and out food arrived promptly. We highly recommend Pat's Cafe and will be returning ourselves!

I have lived in Lacey my whole life and would always drive past this place. I told myself several times I would go inside one day. And about a week ago I finally did. When you get inside it’s small nothing that stands out to the eye. The lady working I was so sweet. I spilt my orange juice and she helped me clean it and then right after my son spilt his. She didn’t act annoyed or that it was a problem she just helped us clean it up and when on her way. I ordered the corn beef hash and my son got pancakes. They were good ! At the end of our meal the lady looked at my son and asked him if he wanted to help her feed the fish and it made his whole day! If you want somewhere to eat that’s not going to treat you like you’re just another tip please check out Pat’s the lady working was amazing ❤️

Recently changed owners. Still a great breakfast and they will be converting to Thai food. Can't wait to try that. Very nice people own it now. Go check it out for yourself. Reasonable breakfast pricing.

Basic sysco food, straight from the vox to your plate with no added seasoning. Mushy hashbrowns and weak coffee are just some of the shortcomings of this establishment. The service was pleasant though.

Basic breakfast. Lots of seating. Dated inside and doesn't have great ambiance. Nothing unique about the menu or food. Everyone's food was decent. Convenient location in Lacey.

A small place, a converted residence, 12 tables. Coffee was better than the usual diner stuff. My French toast was unremarkable, very much the usual diner fare. Could not detect any of the cinnamon supposedly in the batter. The bacon portion was a generous 4 slices of classic (thin) cut. The server heated up my syrup on request. My dining companion had the chicken fried steak & gravy, strictly off the Sysco truck. The over easy eggs were perfectly fried, the hash browns abundant, the meat of large size; but the whole thing was barely warm. The meat tasted a little off. He couldn't finish half his meal before it was cold and he just left it on the plate. We didn't think it was worth the effort to complain. Our server was extremely nice. The general atmosphere was pleasant, quiet, the ambient music was classic rock played at low volume. Cost was $37 for both meals with bottomless coffee.Parking: Limited to the small lot.

02/09/2024: I love small diner spots. This place is cute. Menu is typical breakfast diner. Loved the bacon, nice and crisp. Corned beef hash is chunky and well seasoned. Biscuit and gravy is pretty good. Eggs cooked perfectly
