We spent $100 and had to ask for a refills. When we checked out my husband chose the 15% tip option but was charged 20% .My daughter in law paid cash and was charged a service fee of $7.22 ( which just happened to be 20% of the bill) RidiculousThe manager did return the $ 7.20 after some gentle persuading.

Restaurant cleanliness was slightly below average. Parking lot (not their fault probably) was also littered with trash all over the ground. Service was friendly and fast. For the food- very good. Excellent pho and very great portions, especially when contrasted with other pho places in the area. The only other thing of note though is the cup I was given looked like it had been chewed up all along the edges (pictures attached for reference).. so that was kinda weird. But the pho was stellar so I’ll just remove 1 star for the odd cup.

Horrible customer service gave us old food. Representative answering their phone was very rude. Calling the better Business bureau on this company

This is the place to go for Pho in Lacey. No cabbage, no filler, great broth, wonderful selection. The veggie and tofu is my go-to, even though I am not vegetarian. Service is only slow because the place is super busy. Go at 11 a.m. and service is almost as fast as making ramen.

I come here pretty much every week and the food is always great.

This place charges an unsolicited “container charge” for the tub that holds the broth for your pho. Then the broth is room temp.

Terrible experience from what was once our favorite restaurant.Edit: unfortunately I have to downgrade my recommendation significantly. My family and I eat here often, 3 to 4 times a week. Today we went in and ordered our usual, steak and brisket Pho combos. The first time it came out they put tendon in it. We sent it back. The second time it was taken back because they put tripe in it. The third time looked right but as we began eating it we found pieces of tripe and tendon in our soup. So, obviously when we sent it back they just picked out the incorrect meat instead of remaking our order. We left without finishing our meals and instead of comping us they offered a 25% discount. After being treated like this, I doubt we will ever go back.

I am surprised this restaurant is not rated higher. Very good food at a good price. I know they do a ton of take-out business. I'm a big fan of the tofu Bahn Mi, and it's less than $7.00. Other vegetarian-friendly menu options too.

The charbroiled pork banh mi was one of the best things I've eaten in a long time. Food Network profile good. Bobby Flay throwdown good. I'm still thinking about it. Outstanding ?

There aren't many good Thai food places in the Olympia area. Pho Tai is pretty good. The flavors were well done. Service was a little spotty with only one person working the room but nothing worth taking off a star.

My favorite Banh Mis in the south Puget Sound! The bread they use is so good and they really pack the roll with hella

I've ate in the restaurant before and it was great, no complaints, but today I decided to just order my son and I some food to go. I got terryaki chicken with extra rice and no coleslaw for my son. He got the extra rice but barely had any terryaki chicken. I got pho steak and brisket and asked for extra noodles. I would say I didn't get any extra noodles and barely had any meat. Also I only live 6 min from restaurant and my broth wasn't warm enough to cook the meat I did have, so I tossed the meat out. I'm giving 3 stars based off my experience with take out.I also asked for extra lime and got attitude about them giving me 3 extra lime. Very dissatisfied with my meal and customer service this time around.

I've been here multiple times and they're usually pretty good. However, today I got a moldy bag of veggies and incorrect orders. Maybe it was a one-off?
