Pizza Hut is always my go to for a quick meal. My family loves it and we go there about once a week. We love the wings, cheese crust pizza, and cinnamon buns. Yum!Parking: There are numerous spots available for parking. Sometimes there is limited parking available during high volume ordering, but for the most part, I have always gotten a space.
Pizza Hut's app and website are trash. Its very frustrating when it never loads and takes forever to place an order or logs you out randomly. I literally have this issue anytime I order via the site whether its from my phone or macbook.

I’ve come in here a couple times. It has always been very clean and the staff are very welcoming. The gentleman up front, Damien, customer service is excellent! Food is always hot and taste great. :)

So wife called after an order was delivered she ordered a buffalo chicken melt which only came with ranch sauce no buffalo sauce for dipping. She was told they don't serve buffalo sauce for dipping... that it's in the melt.. so they need to change what's written talk about false advertising...

For a pizza hut, management is on point here. Have been here a few times and management has always been friendly or accommodating and has even gone above and beyond and tried lowering my final sales price without ever asking or having me say anything. Store is always very clean and orders are always on time as well which I think is awesome.

Ridiculous! I ordered for delivery over an hour ago!! I call to politely ask is the driver ok? Is ge lost ?All i get is someone who i can barely understand because they dont know how to speak english properly. Also very rude, an unacceptably ugly situation.

I love this Pizza Hut location but why are the pizzas not being cooked fully recently? This is the second time I've ordered and all of the pizzas I've ordered were undercooked. Last time I ordered four pizzas and breadsticks this time I ordered two with breadsticks. The breadsticks are fine but the pizza's were way undercooked both times.
Ordered a Meat Lovers Pizza, a tray of Pasta and a giant cookie for curbside pickup using the app on my phone. Order total (with tax and tip was $41.25) My bank notified me that they'd charged my credit card before I got to the store. When I arrived the app said the order was ready. After 10 minutes they hadn't brought it out so I called the store through the app. When I was told the pasta wasn't ready, I said I'd wait at the curb. A few minutes later one of the people came out waiving a receipt and demanded payment of $41.25. When I told them I had paid through the app, was told "... well we don't have the money on our side." Rather than becoming confrontational, I left without my order. Later I called customer service and was transferred to the Philippines where I received no satisfaction from a very rude agent whom I could not understand. I had to wait overnight to reach corporate HQ and was told to contact the store. When I called the store the next day I reached the manager who gave me a load of bull about the payment being voided by my bank. I verified a payment to Pizza Hut for the attempted order was pending on my account. I called the bank who confirmed that the charge had gone through so I reversed the charge and put a stop payment on all future transactions to Pizza Hut. I have had similar exI have deleted the Pizza Hut app from my phone after removing all my payment methods. I will not patronize Pizza Hut ever again and will be sharing this experience at every opportunity.

If this is what represents the Hut these days then I'm not sure how it's still around. I grew up on Pizza Hut and I can tell you back in the day the quality was the best of all pizza chains. No more! Too many choices that are so much better, even Izzys and most of them are gone.

Pizzas the same. Just bad customer service over phone. 1 girl I talked with over phone put me on hold after explaining what I'd like. She goes I got to put you on hold a customer just came in. Then she hung up on me from the hold call then again on the call again. Third time I had to explain again my order and says she needs to get me a manager. I ask if he's the manager and he says yes. But clearly he wasn't bc he had no idea how to take care of my problem. I was already on the way there. Had to make a 2nd order. My original order I completed online said 1 thing, but so called manager said its a different price. We was able to resolve that matter but for the 2nd order he had to get the real manager. Smh...
