Favorite coffee drive thru. I always went to Starbucks (for 15+ years) but the one by my house gets so busy. This place gets busy too but they have two windows and they are usually impressively fast. The regular baristas knew my preferred drink after only a couple visits. Now it's a bummer when I have to go to Starbucks.
I've been getting coffee here since 8th grade but after 7 years of being out of state they memorized my order in three visits (32OZ ice caramel latte 4 shots with hemp milk) on top of that I forgot my muffin there today and they legitimately brought it to my work without me asking. Next level customer service.
