Some of the Lacey area locations have just recently stopped accepting coupons, although that is not noted anywhere. The coupon states void in Alaska and Hawaii, with no mention of Washington. Ahh, but the employee pointed out at "participating locations". Bogus and deceptive, in my opinion. I will be going to the Yelm/College location, they accept them.

Subway has always been a favorite of mine until I came in and ordered a 6" sub sandwich and it was almost double the amount that ït used to be! I'm sad to say that I won't be going there again unless their prices go down because $9.52 is ridiculous and frankly it infuriates me!

I ordered ahead but and I thought they where supposed to wait til I got there. Well my sandwich was soggy and it was thrown together really sloppy and I did not get my extra lettuce. Also they should change there gloves between each sandwich. My kiddos have allergies and they had a not so good reaction the next day. So be warned!!Parking: No curbside signs so they have to look for you. And I'm beginning to think my sandwich got wet. Cause my bag was pretty damp. And sandwich was soggy..

I never do yelp reviews for big chain fast food but I think this is going to be the exception. The cleanest sandwich shop I've ever been to. When I got an ingredient they gave me the whole portion that I paid for. But they did not overdo it either. I just can't stand where they are supposed to give you x oz of olives and try to give you the 1/4 or 1/2 oz portion and then act like your trouble cause you want the full oz you paid for. Both the ladies in there were polite and nice as well.

I placed an online order and arrived to the store at my pickup time only to find out that after 20 minutes, my order wasn’t even started. One customer that was leaving as I was entering said, “they told us they’re all out of everything.” I was then told that my order wasn’t started because they’ve been out of that specific bread for more than an hour. You would think that knowing you’re out of a specific bread for that long, more could have been made. I’m not sure how long it takes them to do that, but even so, they could have let me know before the order said “being prepped” on their tracker that they were out of a specific item.A phone number is required when ordering online, but I was never called or notified to let me know that I would arrive to nothing being made at all.I asked to cancel the order and left. Hopefully they at least did that.Take the extra minute or two to just go to the Subway on Ruddell Rd that’s right down the street
