Used to come here all the time The lady that works the counter-most of the times don’t know her name but she is awesome great personality to serve. But recently found out out they are not accepting coupons anymore. Went to the one by grocery outlet and it was awesome and they did accept the coupons.

I’ve ordered twice there and twice they’ve completely messed up my order. You have to be completely incapable of making sandwiches to mess up my same sandwich twice. I don’t know how you make my sandwich, read over it to see what you need to add and then think it’s correct when it isn’t. Do better.

Whoever was working there 6/3/2021 around 0830 is a lazy unprofessional worker. I asked for a meatball marinara and got a sandwich full of ham! Really? You couldn't have told me you were out of meatballs or something instead of pulling this? Jeez.

Disappointed! Stopped to get sandwiches on the way home. When we unwrapped them there was hardly anything as far as condiments. I asked for lettuce, a fairly cheap item - barely anything - not even enough to cover the bread. Why offer condiments if you aren't actually going to give them to customers who are paying for them. I have more Turkey than all the vegetables combined. I also think the bread has changed! I want to support businesses during this time, but not when you skimp on the product your are providing for the same price or more than before. No more Subway - Firehouse 100%.
