We eat at subway all the time. We went in last week and they accepted a coupon that was a scan on our phone. We went in today and the exact same person refused the to take a coupon that was scanned on our phone. This is horrible customer service. We can use the code on our app as many times as we want but when it comes to have a digital copy, all of a sudden its not accepted. We won't be back.

Wouldn’t even receive one star review from me. Ordered a delivery order since I don’t drive. I ordered one of their sandwiches and just added avocado, lettuce and banana peppers. They didn’t add the sauce it came with or the lettuce n banana peppers. When I called, they told me I could bring in my cold sandwich in for them to fix it. Then when i told them I don’t drive they refused to give me a refund for the sandwich they didn’t make properly. Just meat n bread, not happy.

First time visit. Trash was left on table. No one in the store but the worker. Had waited outside for a good five to ten minutes.Ordered two sandwiches via the app. One sandwich made incorrectly. Ordered it without ranch sauce and cheese due to dietary restrictions.

My husband and I have gone here a few times and have been very satisfied by the customer service in this store. Today we had David and Kayla and they were exceptional. Our sandwiches were made exactly to order. There was another young lady with pinkish hair working a a few days ago and as I can’t remember her name she did a great job as well. Very happy to have a place close by that has such hard working and welcoming employees!
This store is opened until 10pm, I'm at the drive through at 9:51pm placing my order on the screen then all the sudden some lady comes in the intercom and tells me the store is closed, I pull up to the window where she is standing counting money and trying to get her attention but she ignores me so I left, very rude and unprofessional, I probably won't go back to that location.

One of the better subways around. Do a good job putting sandwiches together. Subway has generally-speaking gotten too expensive for the quality of their sandwiches. Always use coupons!

Extremely bad service!I asked to use the restroom before I ordered and was accused of using the restroom and not ordering several time in the past. This is not true and when I responded such (I did raise my voice some since I was surprised and outraged at the accusation). The clerk took the key off the counter and said I couldn't use the restroom. I will never go to this subway again and will do everything I can to convince others it is a terrible place. The employee should be fired.

The gal behind the counter didn't pay very close attention to my order, I told her "salt, NO pepper" and she put salt AND pepper on my sandwich. And when I repeated "salt, NO pepper" she ignored me and wrapped up my sandwich. I was too tired and hungry to argue and have her do it again so I just paid and left. Shame on me.

Went there yesterday with my husband and my best friend and got denied service because she had a couple of online orders and one person in the drive thru.Today my best friend is in the store getting our food and the employee heard her say that she had three sandwiches and she rolled her eyes at my best friend for no reason.
