I ordered the Natural soft taco twice in the last 3 weeks. Both times it had the wrong ingredients. The second time the taco was 99% soaking wet lettuce that saturated 6 napkins and was messy and tasteless.Won't go there again.

No one was there but it took 5+ minutes for the staff to even recognize that I was waiting to order. Burrito was messy with sour cream covering the inside of the wrapping. Didn’t include any napkins in the to-go order. Terrible service and terrible food. Last time I’ll go to taco time.
If you like to eat a bowl of lettuce, this is the place for you.

The food was great! However, the price is ridiculous. Spent over $30 for a soft beef taco meal and chicken burrito meal. The drive thru is really narrow. If you want to pull a truck and trailer, there is no way. At night, it would be a scary a drive thru as the plants around it made it dark during the day.

Docking stars because they dont have the soda machine with flavors anymore!!! Why get rid of that. Generally this spot is hit or miss but is better than the typical fast food. Not always salty enough.

I have been a fan of Taco Time, not only for the great quality fast food but also to support your mission of community and sustainability.I had an extremely disappointing interaction with the staff at the Lacey taco time on 12/2. The location was empty except for my party of two. An individual came in and asked the staff if they had any food to discard/give away. The staff told him no. I offered to buy the gentleman lunch, as it was extremely cold and no one should go hungry. The staff obliged and let me purchase lunch for this guest.Then, who I believed to be the manager, came up to me and stated that “we can’t allow you to buy food for those people because we’ve had a lot of trouble with the shelter next door”. I explained that I feel it is right to provide food to those who need it and the gentleman was being appropriate and respectful of the establishment.The staff then told him to vacate the premises, in my view based on the discriminatory opinion that he is unhoused. I let them know he wasn’t bothering anyone and they were clearly discriminating against him because he presents as poor and unhoused.I was so taken aback by the staffs prejudice and the apparent policy to not allow someone to buy a lunch for a hungry community member. To me, this is hateful, prejudicial, and goes against your posted mission to “Treat each other right. Be kind to our community”. I would have thought that Taco Time would treat all community members with kindness regardless of their socioeconomic or housing status. Truly disappointing to see this dehumanizing interaction between your employees and a community member in need. Do better.
