As others have mentioned, the lady that takes the orders is extremely rude causing people to leave.

First of all: I LOVE Mexican food. Therefore, I have tried every restaurant and food truck in this general vicinity and beyond. And this food truck blow the rest out of the water. Incredible food - perfectly seasoned, authentic, delicious. I wish this food truck all the best; they deserve it.

It’s amazing how long it took for them to make a burrito. But I ordered the Maximo burrito, it may as well have been called the rice burrito. First off, there’s no mention on the menu of rice being in the burrito, but 90% of it is a scoop of rice. $15 for a rice burrito, Pretty awful.

I was pasing through Olympia and decided to stop for some fast food tacos and came across this taco truck, I can’t say if the food is good or not because I was waiting in line and saw what I think was a roach on the counter, I immediately left …….No roach tacos for

Pretty good tacos! The Adobado (marinated pork) were even better than the Asada. Lots more on the menu that isn’t in the photos, like carne asada fries.

Terrible wait times, terrible service. The lady at the cash register indeed seems to have an attitude as the other reviews let on. You'd think someone would've learn by now.

Their customer service is horrible! And their wait time, even when no one else is around or in line is ridiculous. I waited 20min for one burrito. I've also picked up delivery from them and the woman at the window didn't even open it. She looked at me through the glass and lipped some words, as if I was supposed to hear her or read her lips. I would not recommend supporting this business!

I ordered the chicken enchiladas. They were decent for the price point. The chicken hardened too much after a while, and it became uneditable.. I’d still order here again though. It’s better than paying for a McDonald’s Big Mac at the same price. Its hard to find real food anymore. I love the Mexican rice here though. The rice was cooked and seasoned perfectly. I wish they’d sell a large tray of it. I’d buy it weekly in bulk. You’d think all Mexican restaurant have good rice but they don’t.For the reviewers below who complain about being charged extra for condiments or anything else. Not sure what people mean when they say stingy. Companies pay for those out of pocket, so they should charge for them. Please stop feeling entitled to stuff for free just because you’re a customer. If they start giving you food and condiments for free they pay for, then they would have to give it to everyone for free and It adds up. In this economy, what company can afford that, let alone a small food truck,Even large franchise like restaurants are starting to charge for this type of stuff. It was a courtesy before. Food prices are at an all time high, that doesn’t mean they should fork all the costs to. Support local businesses by understanding how business works. Nothing is free in this world.

The staff were friendly, however the wait was horrible. They ran out of tortillas after taking our order and had to run to the store to get more. They didn’t offer a refund, we just had to wait.I ordered a breakfast burrito with sausage and bacon……only to find out the only meat in my burrito was a hot dog! Who wants a hot dog in their breakfast burrito?!
