My kids loves Mod, I love Mod - even my “Not a Pizza Fan” Partner loves Mod.But today it missed the mark. The guy making pizzas seemed irritated, threw our pizzas together without properly spreading anything and built a tiny side salad with gross decomposing and brown lettuce. The pizzas were over cooked and randomly cut. I’m not sure what was going on there today but the vibe was definitely off.Unfortunately for them, this is not a cheap place to eat. I left hoping they would have a better day but also feeling ripped off and disappointed with our food.

Kinda surprised by the positive reviews. Wonder if some of them are fake. Management here needs to step up and get it together. I had to leave as they were taking way too long and didn’t even have pizza dough ready. You should have all of this ready to go and prepared. Poorly managed location it seems like and looks like other reviews had same issue.

Yet You could have some of about 50 different ingredients.You can eat Your pizza all at once and save a box.I think the drinks are expensive.Seating might be limited at regular mealtimes.It is FUN.Vegetarian options: You choose toppingsDietary restrictions: You choose what to get.Kid-friendliness: Kids love making their own choices.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.

Every time I've ordered pizza from here online, they've always taken a half hour longer than the online order time to have the pizza ready. I'll be getting my MOD on at the Woodinville location from now on. What's the point of choosing a time to pick up a pizza if it's never ready? They really should make more of an effort to prioritize online orders.

We love the salads, pizzas and No Name Cakes at Mod Pizza and always love the super friendly staff at the Lake Forest Park location. The restaurant is always clean and the food is always fast, but I'm always impressed by how kind and outgoing everyone is who works there! It took our kiddo a solid amount of time to get his very own Mod gift card out to pay and everyone was so patient and encouraging to him for being such a big kid and "paying" for dinner. The kids can't wait to come back again as soon as we will let them!

We come here pretty frequently (once every couple months). Have ordered in restaurant to-go as well as ordered online to-go. Pies are always correct. Bummed they discontinued ricotta, but otherwise when craving wood fire crust, we come here! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

I just showed up at 9:30pm to get pizza; their hours are that they're open until 10:00pm. They locked the doors and refused to open them and there were at least 6 people "working" and none of them would make eye contact or open the door. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. The fire was still on in the pizza oven. They were all just milling around.
