This subway has no stylus on their cc machine so it won’t allow me to press the tip amount, after watching me place cash in the tip jar, the worker then took her stylus and tipped herself $7 after I asked her to hit $0 on the machine. I asked for extra ingredients on my sandwich which I was more than willing to pay for, and after informing me she’ll charge me for it, did not even give me the correct amount. I asked for double meatballs, she gave me two extra and charged me for the full extra amount. When I mentioned it to the worker that A) I did not get the extra, and B) she chose her own tip, she blamed me saying I shouldn’t have been “monkeying” with it, though I hadn’t yet touched the machine. The employee showed no emotion one way or another about the situation and I left very displeased. I’ll continue driving out of my way to mountlake terrace or Lynnwood before I ever recommend/come back to this location.

One of the most “sub” par sandwiches I ever had. Tomatoes were soggy and the green peppers were old and yellow. Save your money.

The food was edible, but they didn't include the chips we ordered, one sandwich had cheese (and shouldn't have), and they're not going to win a spelling bee anytime soon....

I typically avoid Subway, in general, due to consistent low quality. So, I guess I really shouldn't have been surprised about today's experience. I got there about 20 minutes before closing. The employee was doing something in the back and when she saw me, said she'd be right with me. It was a while to wait. Clearly, whatever she was doing was more important than a customer. The sandwich I initially ordered was supposed to have smashed avo on it. She told me they were out. So, I changed my order to a different sandwich. She then indicated that because it was 15 minutes from closing that she wasn't going to open another avocado package. My new order didn't have avocado anyway, so it was a weird comment. I took my order to go and I am now at home eating what is potentially the worst sandwich I've ever eaten - the bread is stale...as in no way it was made today, or probably not even yesterday. The spinach leaves are limp. The sandwich was hastily thrown together. Not a good value for the money spent.

Cancelled my order after saying it was almost complete, right before I arrived. Terrible service, I cannot believe they cancelled whilst I was pulling in and would not take my order

Worst customer service. I’ve ordered many times online and every time I go to pick it up the girl working is rude and always forgets at least one thing from my order. When I bring it up to them they are rude. Definitely need to work on their customer service especially when they are at fault.

By far the best Subway! The customer service here is truly exceptional. Every visit has been extremely delightful with wonderfully crafters sandwiches. Makes me one happy pregnant lady ❤️

I ordered a footlong through the app at 9:07, my card was charged with no problem. My pickup is scheduled for 9:25. I go to the store to pick it up and I discover that the store actually closes at 9. Basically I paid for a sandwich and received nothing. I forwarded a message to Subway corporate making my displeasure clear to them. This restaurant needs to seriously clean up their act when it comes to customer service.

Came into the store to order a protein bowl the lady tells me they don't have them here I point to the bowl sitting on the counter asking her what those are because those were the bulls that have always been served to me at every other Subway she just looked at me and walked away pretty rude uneducated

If you don't know subway is franchised so each one is quite unique and operations are generally based off the owner and their standards.Personally worked for a couple owners in my youth and each owner ver y different some better then others but this subway, imo has superseded the standard. Haven't been treated with such curiosity it was refreshing in addition they grounded fresh pepper corn so my sandwich. Above and beyond service,
