I was in with my 2 young daughters ordering 4 custom mods and the ladies building my pizzas made us feel very rushed and uncomfortable. Not sure why the hurry, no one behind us. “Had a wonderful experience picking up my order yesterday evening, Im a usual at this location but after a particularly tiresome week, seeing the bright and cheerful face of the manager Marin and the fresh crispy beef tacos that followed really made my experience complete. Seeing bright familiar faces and having a warm meal from a beloved establishment really makes a difference“
“Everything was great except the inner drive thru line, you should cone that off again because all that happens is A-hole drivers wont let anyone out of the inner drive thru lane. I was in line today and I had to force my way out by riding someones bumper.“

“The Lake Stevens Papa John's is usually quite busy, but they seem to work hard to get orders made as quickly as possible. The typical frustration is that food is not actually ready when the mobile app indicates. This causes a build-up of customers who are all confused as to why their orders are not actually ready to be picked up.Orders are most often correct, high quality, and delicious. The restaurant is simply cramped and often feels a bit chaotic.“
“Been here around 6 times in the last year and never had an issue. Friendly staff and consistent pizza. I always go in and carry out since I live across the street. Calling in and getting a call center is something I've noticed people complaining about. I've had that happen to me twice so far and they also were very helpful and friendly. No complaints at all.“
“I changed my review to five stars from 4 when I stopped there the other day I wanted a dip cone with butterscotch but they don't have those anymore so she suggested cherry and it was awesome she also said that they have the Dilly Bars dipped in butterscotch so I also bought two of those I love this place it's got the best ice cream. I stop in for a quart of ice cream anytime I am making deserts that require ice cream as it's better than any brand in the grocery store.“
“Came in 10 minutes before closing understand the inconvenience but regardless of time they gave me the best customer service possible with a nice attitude and patience, I'm not sure how to spell it but - Kalea the woman working and training a new hire did an outstanding job tonight.
