Very disappointed with our experience this evening. We pulled into the drive thru near the rear door where a subway employee was standing. The employee saw us pull up and walked inside. We thought it was to take our order, instead we were completely ignored. After waiting a while we asked if they were open and got no response. We ended up driving away.

We had the most magical experience at subway today. It started off so odd. No employees at the counter. We rang the bell and got no answer. We started worrying if it was even open. We waited a solid 5 minutes before a new employee named Josh walked in the front door. As soon as Josh got inside his coworker walked out of the bathroom and said he was taking his break. Josh look at us, said he would wash his hands and be right with us. He admitted he was just starting there and had never made a sandwich for anyone before. He did wonderful. It was obviously his first day, he had to find lots of things, but he was so sweet and did great. His kindness and customer service changed our minds on the poor service after being ignored by his coworkers. Overall subway is subway. But Josh was wonderful!

Horrible! I park by the back side of the subway at the key center location due to no parking in the front and when I go and exit my vehicle I see a subway female employee holding a 12 ounce alcohol can and a vape cartridge listening to music trying to hide from possible customers or employees. So I watch the employee the whole time for about 15-20 minutes before entering back to work. When she returns I walk inside the store acting like a regular customer to get a better look of the employee I noticed her name tag said "jae". Disgusting!!! I immediately walked out and will never return to this store until disciplinary action is taken.

Ordered two sandwiches July 21st, 2023 one of them was correct. The other one was a BMT originally came with mayonnaise and banana peppers. When I ordered I requested no mayo and no banana peppers(on the receipt it does not show that I ordered any mayonnaise or banana peppers) as I am allergic to mayonnaise and they still put it on and it was a mobile order I ordered it waited the 20 minutes for my food to be done and when I got there after that said 20 minutes my food hadn't even started. This place is ridiculous.

Food is good but customer service sucks. Specialty drive-through. They say one moment, and then never return.What’s the drive-through for? They should close it if they’re not going to use it.

It's a subway so we won't get crazy on how unique and tasty it was. You know what to expect when you go to subway. The 4 stars are because this location is well run. It's 90% employees who are kids but they're good kids. I've seen like 10 different kids in there in the past year (I go at least once a month for a foot long) not once have these kids let me down or made a sloppy sandwich. I always give them a hard time jokingly about the cookies if there aren't fresh cookies that day; I know it's probably their favorite thing to do to make cookies, I mean it would be my favorite thing; so if there are none I know they've been making sandwiches all day and haven't had the time. To the owner: make sure you compensate those kids and treat them well so the good ones stick around and tell their friends; I've seen a number of subways go down the tubes because of poor management and lazy stoned kids who have no drive or ability to make a sandwich. Your employees are good and that is what makes the location worth being a regular customer at. Cheers

Worst subway I have ever been to. Store was dirty. Glass was smeared with food. Staff was not very welcoming and appeared to be annoyed to be working. Employee smashed the bread before making sandwiches. No respect for disabled veterans either.Go to Gig Harbor subway. They actually say hello or welcome when you enter. Store is clean and staff are respectful.

I have stopped here a few times and used the drive thru. It's very convenient. Although the line can take a while if there is somebody in front of you ordering. I waited longer than normal a few times. They're very nice. They sometimes seem understaffed.

I know that prices are high everywhere, but Lord have mercy; 2 footlongs, Philly Cheese Steaks, and 3 bottles of soda cost me over $40.00. The sodas alone were $10.00.What is this world coming to? They really rob you at the register.The ingredients looked old. When the sandwiches were made, I had to compete with drive-thru traffic. There was only one person working while another just watched. Oh well, I'll make sure that I go elsewhere for a sub sandwich.Parking: Parking in front is preferable. However, there is a parking lot behind that you can park in, then walk to Subway.Wheelchair accessibility: Not really. There is no ramp to get you up and over the curb. The door to Subway is not automatic and somewhat difficult to pull open for someone in a wheelchair. The door pulls outward.

I ordered a footlong. The 1st half was beginning to come apart but I managed. The 2nd half completely fell apart when I attempted to pick it up. When I tried to put it back together it got worse. I just ended up throwing it away. Would rather spend my money elsewhere. Lessons on making sandwiches are needed.
