I’ve been coming to BURS with my family for a couple months now, I love it!! Great service. Dawn has been my server when we ask for her. She’s so uplifting and so gracious, and helpful with not just the people she’s serving… she’s the light to the restaurant, we watch her work she gets everyone laughing…. She’s very hard working!! AND MAKES YOU WANT TO COME BACK❤️❤️Kid-friendliness: Dawn was great to my kids, I have a 5 year girl and 2 year boy. She took notice and seen my kids were upset and brought crackers, and coloring paper for my kids while we were waiting for our food.. she made them feel so comfortable.

The food was amazing!! But what put my husband and I over the top was the service that we received from Dawn. We’ve been coming here for the past 8 years and our server Dawn, is what keeps bringing us back. Dawn is a very kind, and a personal kind of person. Dawns personality is one to clone….The whole time she was coming to us asking if we needed anything, overall just amazing service.Thank you BURS for Dawn!!

Let me start by saying the food was good. Hot and fresh and tasty. Service on the other hand left much to be desired. The server didn't check on me once, give me that I finished my plate she brought me the check.. No conversation, No dialogue.. the only thank you I got was the writing on the ticket.. very disappointed
