Great atmosphere. Great food. Great workers. The steak is phenomenal so are the tots. We come here regularly with out two small children and never have a bad experience.Kid-friendliness: They have great kids meals and high chairs. Our daughter loves the orange soda in her little kids cup they provide.

Ordered a battered fish burrito bowl which is also 4$ add on, fajita veggies up charged almost 3$ more dollars and when it was delivered I received a bowlOf slop.Beans, rice , lettuce, Pico de gallo, and lettuce. What did I pay for????25 $ for this absurd and offensive.I NEED A REFUND!!!!!!

This place is OK. The food isn't offensive, it is definitely edible but it is about the same price as Chipotle, Qdoba and Cafe Rio, if not more but the taste just isn't as good. The chicken is relatively bland, same with the elote, and the baja sauce that I was so excited for has basically no flavor other than being a spicy mayo.

We tried Chronic Tacos for the first time and ordered online for pick up. The order said to pick up at 6:40. We get there a couple minutes early, and say we are here to pick up an order for Mike, the response "theres a lot of orders so you have to wait". Which is no problem, especially since we were a few minutes early. Well several minutes go by and people have come and gone. At 710, someone asks IF we're waiting on something (although it was already communicated) and my husband says again that we are waiting for an online order. The worker replies there are no orders in the system and that we went to the wrong location (confidently telling us we are wrong) so my husband shows her the confirmation order that says Lakewood and has a time of 640. The worker said that even though it registered on our end, it never came through on their end (which is hard to believe, and if so that's even worse). They end up making our order and we leave at 725. Again, the order was meant to be picked up at 640. This was New Years Eve, so it disrupted our plans.On a positive note, the food was great! I especially loved the white lime rice and spanish rice. A smidge too much cabbage on the shrimp taco, and i wish we could choose two different proteins for the two taco plate but thats an issue with corporate, not this location. I would eat there again for the food, but my husband said its the first and last time we are ever eating there because of the service.Kid-friendliness: I was happily surprised they had tater tots and for only 3 bucks! My 2yo is hit or miss on tacos but she never passes up on tots so im glad they had them! She ended up eating all of my white rice and some tots lol
I really liked going to this place for the first time. I tried the basic tacos and got a side of tater tots it was so good need some seasoning though lol. I tried the carnitas it was delicious! And my bestie tried the California burrito and she really liked that it was huge got to take a portion home so she was happy about that!
