Food is good. Service, you will feel like they are doing you a favor. They serve one cup of cabbage salad per table instead of per dish served, so we ran out of it quickly. Asked for more and it did not arrive so I had to go and ask again and the reponse was "we were just coming to your table". Finally, not a lot of vegan options. We go there when we visit Tacoma.

I eat here constantly, either to go or actually in the restaurant. They've always been incredibly accommodating, including when I showed up randomly with a relatively large group of friends, all with motorcycles and a bunch of gear that took up a lot of space. Their food is great, easily the best pupusas in the area (the molcajete is really good too!) and I've gone out of my way to find better (balcon x isn't anywhere near as good, despite what their ratings may lead you to believe). I see plenty of complaints about service and pricing and whatever else but I think their pricing is fair, if not good and the service there has always been great. You may have a different experience but I've always been super happy with this place and will continue to visit.Parking: Open parking for the business strip, shared between themselves and neighbors. Difficult to control availability, I've never had issues with parking.

Yes yes yes! Delicious and absofruitly filling! Haven’t had tasty as well as reasonably priced papusas in ages!! Delightful all around. Customer service was great. Assisted with recommendations. We had the food delivered since I was craving pupusas and we didn’t have time to go out. It was good! It was truly authentic. I’m okay with the chicken and my girlfriend liked the shrimp. I would like to try some more of what is on their menu and go eat at their place next time.
