Do not go here!! Got a cup of ice and there was a bug/roach (I'm not sure) in the cup. Does that mean there's roaches in every smoothie?? I'm scared to get another smoothie, it seems very unhygienic here. Somebody call the health department!!!

This is my go to place for smoothies or when I just wanna have a healthy drink. I visit at least once per week. Not necessarily this location as it just depends on where I am when I decide to go. Their vegan cookies and other treats are delicious. You wouldn’t even notice that it doesn’t have sugar. You won’t be disappointed!

My all time favorite shake here is their chocolate builder (protein) shake!! It's so delicious and made with love. All the staff are very welcoming and upbeat- very energetic and get things done! Fast and accurate service and it's usually bit very packed/busy. Their tropical sunrise açaí bowl is also and I will always recommend ECM to anyone- especially if you've just gone through a good workout and are looking for a good shake/smoothie to recover with!

This Emerald City Smoothie location is my 2nd favorite location out of the 8 different locations I have been to. I have been to this location a couple times. I would say their customer service is not the best and could definitely use some work, the people who work here just do not seem friendly or that they care about the actual service part. Their drinks are great though! Every drink I have got from here has been delicious.
