I love their tuna salad sandwich. Roast beef sandwich is also very good. I tried all small, medium, and large sizes but I personally like the medium size the best. I asked for banana peppers add-on and no pickle spear this time but they must have forgotten.

My orders always get messed up, has missing items (entire sandwiches and drinks), and my hot sub is usually cold. The Lakewood location sucks sooooooo much.

Tried to eat here with my girlfriend 2x in a week, both times we were told we either had a 2 hour wait (store was empty), or that we has to order online.The kicker for me, the 2nd time we tried, they claimed the system was down but said if we ordered online then we could actually get food, so I start the online order process.....Halfway through the lady working asked what I was ordering, and then decided to tell us they were taking cash only, I had been in the store 15 minutes by now...The straw that broke the camels back, they finally tell us the system is down, and one male employee proceeds to try to sell us 2 subs / combos for 10$ if I cash app'd him. I walked out at this point. If the system is down and they are taking cash only, why is this idiot hustling subs on cashapp?!?! I was blown away. CLOSE THIS STORE DOWN.

Avoid this place like a plague!we were walking in to Firehouse Subs I get greeted with "welcome in".. then got to the counter to order theres a guy stands there staring right at us while he's making food.. best part was when the guy who took our order walked up and said.. "waiting on you".. worst customer service ever..

There was a little wait because they were slammed with orders but it was so worth the wait. My first time eating at from firehouse and this is definitely my new favorite sandwich place now. So fresh and delish. Thanks for the good food!
Great place to get quick sandwiches. I've tried all kinds of places like Subway, Jimmy Johns, and, Jersey Mikes but this place takes the cake. Great quality food for the price, and quick service with very friendly workers. All that compounded for being a place that supports fire fighters gives it a not to miss label in my book. Ordering online is super convenient and pickup is easy, so if you haven't tried Firehouse you definitely should.

All teenagers girls working except one normal man. they are not just regular teenagers. I could tell the 1st time ever making a sandwich or any kind of food except top ramond. Sandwich was 40% cut through and the meat/vegetables all clumped into balls and set randomly in the sandwich. One bite will be all one big mouthful of one kind of meat, same with the vegetables. I had to eat the sandwich with fork.
