The food was good but my family and I won’t be coming back here. The waiters are rude. Rushing us to finish our food when it wasn’t even cooked. When we tipped, the lady said we needed to tip $25 minimum for the four of us when on the sign it says 5 or more.

We had two adults and one 4 year old child dining in their restaurant. They charged $17 for the 4 year old who only had two broccoli for the entire meal...When we asked for the vegetable, garlic and pepper set to wrap the pork belly, they told us impolitely that "the second round will be charged" before they even served the first round..The food quality was below average comparing to other Korean BBQ restaurants around the area. There was no service what so ever, they never changed the grilling plate or refilled the hot tea for us for the entire dinner.Please avoid this restaurant, we will share the bad experience with all friends and family.

The employees are so unfriendly. Even when I call them, they pretend not to hear and even glare at me. How can you do that in front of customers, who are openly staring at other employees and talking behind their backs? I hope the owner feels something after reading the review.

Food was decent can’t complain, but service was HORRIBLE. There was a different server everytime. Had to keep asking for refills even though they were walking by. When it came to paying the bill we decided not to leave a tip just because of the experience. Forgot to mention they already collected a big gratitude so that was our final decision on not leaving a tip. As we were walking out the lady yells at us from across the restaurant, to come back to her because she was mad we didn’t leave a tip. Also yelled at us from across the way “next time don’t come back!!” 3 times. Overall the staff was pretty rude, and unprofessional.

The food quality is good but the servers attitudes are the worst. While we were still eating, our server turned off our grill. I asked why she did it. She said too much smoke coming out. I told her we’re not done eating yet and she replied “you should’ve ordered more”. She was very rude and rushing us the whole time. Service was terrible. Paid over 280 dollars for 5 people to barely get service. At one point she told us to hurry up when ordering because she had things to do. We didn’t get refills on anything. Felt very unwelcome. Left hungry. I will never go back here.

If I could give this experience 0 stars I would. I felt extremely unwelcome from the beginning of my visit the staff were obviously very busy which is not at all a problem, what was a problem however was how rude they were to me and my partner. I tried to be understanding because of how busy they were and sometimes people have bad days. But then I realized they were only being mean to my partner and I. The table next to us was receiving much better service, they were being talked to kindly. The last straw was literally a straw. They handed us a drink with what looked to be a used or dirty straw and the mouth of it was covered in a mystery goo. I began crying and had to leave without finishing my food. We were perfectly polite but after being treated so poorly we did not leave a tip, something I normally would never do. They chased us down trying to get a tip from me as I'm sobbing running out of the restaurant. Normally I would not have a reaction like this however this month was significantly hard and this was meant to be a special anniversary dinner with my partner to celebrate our year together. We were perfectly polite and kind to the servers and I walked away hungry paying over $70 dollars for food I was unable to eat. Aside from the experience itself the food wasn't even good. The few bites I had I was disappointed. I asked about ingredients in the dipping sauce because my partner has allergies and they refused to tell us. They even seemed confused when I ordered items off the menu.
