After trying the Tacoma location, I wanted to try out this location. Great service, good, and clean inside. I like that this location has an eat in option. Had 2 ultimate Phillies, pepperoni Philly, and mushroom Philly. All were delicious and fulfilling. If you like wings, this is the place to get them. Had the garlic Parmesan and hot lemon pepper. Great flavor and cooked perfectly.

Very disappointed in the food. We both ordered the deluxe Philly no pepper on it, dry and flavorless. The young lady waiting on us was super friendly. We should have listened to her suggestion to try the wings!

Ordered my food, Paid for my food, Waited nearly thirty minutes in the lobby, They never received the ticket in the kitchen. I politely asked for a refund which they complied with however was willing to do nothing to make up for the fact that they charged me and made me stand there for thirty minutes without making my food. Kitchen staff was very rude. At no time did I ever raise my voice Or even sound like I was highly upset.

Nothing agaist the folks here in lakwood.but I can say the Phillys at the downtown location is better. The bread they use is different, I have tried them back to back. Unless it's a fluke or just me, but I would love to see if anyone one else

So, I normally would not do this to any black owner however it’s extremely critical that I write this review.So today I come to Girl Philly in Lakewood Washington. The customer service was very good as it always is. However, I ordered a three-piece cod with onion rings and no drink. It came up to $27 and change no big deal. However, when I got my food, it was a three piece catfish visa. I told the very nice young lady Natalie that my order was wrong. It was supposed to be cod fish.She apologizes and goes till the cook, Paul. I’m assuming Paul is a manager.Manager, Paul, sends Nataly to get my food as I’m eating my unread they didn’t ask me for the Catfish Back and told me that they could replace it if I return my catfish.I didn’t tell Nataly yeah they can come and get my catfish, and Nataly didn’t refuse to come get it, but Paul walks around the kitchen with his gloves on grabs the catfish off of my tray and takes it back in the kitchen, then to bring me 15 minutes later burnt cod.I’m wondering if he even changed his gloves

Ordered in the restaurant with no one else in the store at 8:30 pm. Google said they close at 9. Was told the lobby was closed at 8:30 and we would have to take our food to go (after ordering and paying) they started stacking chairs and mopping at 8:31. Completely unprofessional and extremely rude. You don’t start your clean up and closing shop during business hours. Rude staff as well. Won’t be visiting here again.

Place was meh, food me, price a little steep for the quantity and quality of food. The crew was nice enough though. I should have tried the Philly instead of the fish. 2 small pieces of over cooked fish and fries, 8 Jalapeno poppers = a little over $25.
