Honestly, after coming to this location for over a year, I wish I could put zero stars. The customer service is horrible, and I have never felt so unwelcome in an establishment. Every order we are screamed at at the speaker, and more often than not the order is wrong even when rang up correctly. Every single time we order we are parked, and as someone who works in fast food, I know it’s only a trick to lower their time, they don’t even have designated parking spots for drive thru orders. And after waiting for usually 15-20 minutes, we finally get our food practically thrown at us. The person handing it out doesn’t even make eye contact or make sure it’s the correct order they are tossing through the window. After today, I am happy to say I will never visit again. Get new management and learn what respect is and maybe this location will be successful.

Was just there not even twenty minutes ago and the lady running drive through on Valentine’s Day about 9:15 pm was probably the rudest fast food worker I have experienced in a long time. Every time she handed food out of the window, she immediately shut the door as my wife and I tried to speak to her. Literally like she despised being there. I am in the restaurant business as well. If you don’t like it get out of the business.

02/12/24 7:00pmAbsolutely horrible the staff is rude the person taking orders at the drive through order our things right and even said it twice to confirm ,At the window, the lady was rude and in a bad mood when we got our orders, the order was wrong the order of curly fries was now regular fries and when I told her she just didn’t bother to help and see what was wrong or missing and she just got mad and said “that’s what the computer said” and left…

My only problem with this place is that when you come through the drive-thru after ordering they tell you to go park and they'll be right out with your order like you're at a Sonics restaurant which makes me check the sign every time to make sure it says Jack in the Box.Parking: It's a parking lot with ten to twelve parking spaces
Those two ladies that deal with customers don't have pride in how their attitudes and really slow and questionable service affects themselves and their company's image. My experience after plunking down near $20 and feeling disgusted by what I ate, I just can not go back to Jack in the Box any more.

This happened a couple nights ago about 1am i had just ended a 12 hr shift and i was starving.. Im hearing impaired and nobody was in drive thru line so i pulled forward so i could show the worker my order i had written down... usually i go online but my internet has been having issues... not just that but the app never works as it should... she waited and took 2 orders for people that pulled up after me. Opened the window and just kinda laughed and said im not taking your order you have to go to the back of the line. We dont take orders if you dont order thru the speaker like everybody else. I tried handing her the piece of paper with my meal on it and she wouldnt take it.. again pointed to the speaker system... very rude... very inconsiderate of the hearing impaired.. her family should be ashamed of her for being so heartless... u would be much better off going to the one off steilacoom blvd and s.tac way.. or any other locations... don't support this location the way it is right now... allot of room for improvement with the cashiers... they should take some training on handing impaired individuals with respect.. I'm no less important then anybody else i deserve good customer service.... u don't deserve a job... I wish i caught her nametag but i would recognize that snoody look on her face if i went back.... just havent yet...

Good place decorated for the holiday and timely service they made me real food in the morning not warming up trash like McDonald's and burger King did in the same area.

Purchased two cheeseburgers and curly fries from the front counter. Opened what I thought was a cheeseburger only see there was no cheese. Took the burgers back inside and explained I asked for two cheeseburgers and received hamburgers. The cashier took the bag took the burgers out and put cheese on them and handed me the bag back.Not sure who the manager or owner of this franchise, but the customer service rendered today was very unprofessional.Having worked in a franchise, my supervisor would have never allowed us to give a customer back the same sandwich, especially after they touched it.

Came in tonight at employee told they were closed again employee told me that they were closed because everyone is on break it funny because when I pulled up someone was leaving with food. Literally the worst store and management I have ever seen won't be returning ever!!
