Last Sunday, 10 March, my family and I placed our order through the app and drove over to pick up sandwiches. When we arrived to the call box the worker inside was polite and very professional and gave a clear explanation for the delays (he was the only person working the shop). We completely understood his dilemma and assured him it was fine as we were in no hurry. He was very accommodating and grateful for our patience and for this, my family and I agreed to post this review to show our appreciation to this dedicated worker. It's really great to see people who really take great pride in providing outstanding customer service.

I got an email to have $5 off and Order of $20 or more, on line. I replaced my order and when I went to pay it did not give me my $5 off. Today I went to the store and showed them the email and told my story. The gal was very sympathetic, but that's about it. Today I'm quite disappointed in the sandwich as it seems to have shrunk from what I remember. Thinking I need to find another place.

Freaky slow and freaky wrong. They first delivered to the wrong house and then on the second delivery they gave me sweet tea when I ordered unsweet tea. Not cool to someone watching their sugars :/
Order was wrong, person helping us was very confused in general and could not be bothered to take his ear pods out. Maybe better luck if not using mobile order or drive

I am giving a 4 star because the service here is always amazing despite staff often working with literally 1 or 2 people for an entire store. The food is decent but what brings us back is the consistency. Keep up the good work!
