First time visiting & eating here. It was ok. The only thing I didn't like was halfway through my meal. This one male employee kept walking by our table looking to see how long I was eating. At least, that's what I felt. Because he came over when I was done eating half of my sandwich and asked me if I wanted it to go and started wrapping it to go along with my apples. We felted as if we were being rushed to finish our lunch. There were plenty of seats. It's was not a good 1st experience.

I wish I could give 10 stars! My mother has a horrible cold and all she wanted was Panera soup. I got a sharing size, their largest size for her. Micheal the manager was beyond sweet when I had to keep running to the car for change. When I came in he made it the most optimistic atmosphere. The ladies in the back and the manager kept telling me to tell my mom to feel better. Plus everything was so clean. They really were awesome!! 10 stars!! Thank you! ?

I got the turkey bravo sandwich and a cup of the cheese and broccoli soup. The sandwich was huge I only ate half of it. It was a nice tasting sandwich.

Food tasted great. Service was fine. I enjoy the self-order kiosks. Gives me the time to customize my order without feeling rushed by those behind me. The kiosks work well and are easy to use. The price is high for how much food you get. Spending $8-10 on a "bowl" of soup or half a sandwich is pricey. Me and the wife spent over $30 for 2 bowls of soup and a half sandwich. Thing could improve with price & portions.I will say, the unlimited Drink pass/subscription is 100% worth it.

The girls working there do a fantastic job. However, there is an older man, working with the food who I watched for 5-6 mins . He was making sandwiches and wiped down the counter , then touched a trash can to throw what he wiped in there, and right after continued to touch the ingredients of the food , then fixed his glasses and his hair and continued to make the sandwiches without changing his gloves. That’s disgusting.I completely lost my appetite and I shared a complaint with one of the girls and hopefully they resolved it. But seriously gross. Germs spread like crazy, people are eating this food …Also the portions are REALLY small compared to other locations .

I ordered delivery twice from them. They ALWAYS FORGET UTENSILS!! Come on I work where we have no spoons for soups and things of that nature. Then when I ask for no onions on a sandwich that’s what I expect. Picking them off just leaves an intense onion flavor without the crunch. Please for the sake of humanity just keep the fresh onions away and put spoons and napkins in for the soup. If I ever order from here again I will change my rating if I have a spoon and no onions.
