Every time I order two sides of bread sticks I order two ranches but they always give me one marinara and one ranch when you have the option to choose the sauce of your choice online. I recently ordered two sides of bread sticks again but made sure to purchase three ranches separate from my order but they only gave me 3 ranches when I was supposed to get 5 ranches all together because the sides are supposed to come with cups of sauce of your choice online. I may not or not come here again or won't from the multiple mess ups on my purchase everytime I order

My pregnant wife ordered online it said it was ready at 6:12pm we got there around 6:20pm went to the drive thru and told the employee my wife’s name which is Kayla. He repeated the name “caleb got it” and ran off to check before I could correct him when he came back realizing there was no order for a Caleb I corrected him on the name he repeated it to me “Kaylin” I said no her name is Kayla Carter. He goes to check and says there is no order for a Kaitlyn party… I was thoroughly confused as how he was constantly getting the name wrong. Since that took about 10 minutes and there was people behind me in the drive thru he asked me to pull around and get in the back of the line so I did but when I got back to the window immediately asks me to just go park and come inside so I did that as well I went inside and there was about 12 other people already waiting. Went to the counter and asked for my order this lady went to go check and never came back eventually after waiting till 6:40pm when we finally got our pizza that was ROOM TEMPERATURE this was unbelievably annoying and unprofessional

TRASH PLACE!!!!On Monday 12/26/23 arrived at 5:10pm, not it's 5:46 and the order is still not ready! The place is sooo understaffed, but they keep taking orders like they "CAN" fulfill them in a timely manner. Here is a tip: "you CAN NOT". So, we, paid customers have to comply with greedy, arrogant management who is NOT IN THE STORE DURING RUSH HOUR. Most likely sitting drinking martini in Aruba spending OUR MONEY why we, like idiots, sitting in the store and waiting...what a shame!!!!!!! Management is totally disrespectful to the community. Their desire to make as much money as possible goes against human dignity! SHAME SHAME SHAME!!!!! CANNOT FULFILL ORDERS IN TIME, DONT FREAKING TAKE THAT MANY!!!!!Get your act together! Bring the manager and his/her wife/husband to the store and WORK!!! We all paying for your phone, vacations and mortgages! SO, STOP DISRESPECTING US OR WE, THE COMMUNITY WILL KICK YOU OUT OF OUR AREA!!!! Best neighborhood pizza place around! They make the pizzas fast and fresh. I can walk to pickup my order so for me it's perfect! They make it the way I order it every time and are friendly when I pick it up.

Ordered wings from here and the ranch i received was GREY!! When I asked the manager if that is normal she proceeded to chuckle and smile as if the shit was funny. My kids got sick that night and I was extremely pissed . (Pizza has always been good ) we had a pizza week . And the next several times we ordered and the ranch was STILL OLD!!! so fast forward to us getting a Philly cheesesteak pizza and after we all ate we woke up the next day hurt and feeling absolutely terrible everyone was sick. The pizza was made with RANCH. Nice grey oily ranch!!! What I don't understand is why on earth would it take corporate 2 maybe 3 weeks to respond to a food quality issue? I called several times every single day since it happened waiting for a response. Nothing!!! Zero communication. Lol I guess grey ranch is perfectly fine to them.. Here I am again patiently waiting for a call back lol it's not going to happen.

Went in to get the 9.99 up to 3 topping carry out pizza , that is advertised on the outside of their building and the worker would absolutely not honor it and said it was an old sign . Absolutely poor customer service ! If your business has a sign that states a certain price you absolutely should honor it as part of great customer service . It was very disappointing as I’m a great customer and I’ve ordered many times from there throughout the years . I definitely walked out and won’t be back .

Inadequate staffing led to the store forgetting about my order. I called 30 minutes after expected delivery and they said it would be out of the oven in 15 minutes. Thankfully they let me cancel the order and refunded the money, but it significantly altered dinner plans (and timing).

We ordered pick-up from this store. They forgot our sauce, and they put onions on both of our pizza's... neither of our pizza's were supposed to have onions. It just so happens that onions are one of the only pizza toppings I hate.

The cleanest and most organized Papa Johns I've been too. I saw the signs and boxes all over but still didn't believe it. There wasn't a bunch of people standing around waiting for mixed up orders or angry customers. Would go back even though it isn't the closest.
