I recently visited Pho Lewis Vietnamese Fusion and ordered their #1 lunch special, which included Chicken Teriyaki and Sweet and Sour Chicken with Rice. The experience was truly memorable, and I'm compelled to share my thoughts. From the moment the dishes were served, the aroma captivated my senses, promising flavors that did not disappoint. The Chicken Teriyaki was perfectly cooked, with a beautifully balanced sauce that was neither too sweet nor too salty, complementing the tender chicken pieces excellently. The Sweet and Sour Chicken was a delightful contrast, offering a tangy and slightly sweet flavor that enhanced the succulent chicken, making every bite a pleasure. The rice served alongside was fluffy and perfectly steamed, serving as a great base for both dishes. The portion sizes were generous, ensuring a satisfying meal that was well worth the price. What made the experience even more enjoyable was the ambiance of the restaurant and the prompt, courteous service from the staff.I highly recommend Pho Lewis Vietnamese Fusion to anyone looking for delicious Vietnamese fusion cuisine. Whether you're a fan of traditional Vietnamese dishes or looking for a tasty twist on classics like Chicken Teriyaki and Sweet and Sour Chicken, this place will not disappoint. Their dedication to quality, flavor, and customer satisfaction shines through in every dish, making it a must-visit restaurant in Lakewood.

Grabbed lunch there, and the food was honestly excellent. I would rate them higher, but it was so cold inside I could see my breath and needed a jacket. They might just have had a heating issue that's now resolved, but it made me eat as quickly as i could.

It's always a decent place to grab some Pho during lunch. Located just outside the gate of Ft Lewis, it's easy to grab a bite and make it back on base during lunch.

I got the Beef and Flank pho, absolutely outstanding! I've literally never tasted anything better and you can't beat the price either! I got so much pho for only $10!!! How exciting, but what brings the mood down is the customer service. The staff isn't mean but the customer service needs to be reevaluated heavily. Off customer service alone , I will not be returning. It truly breaks my heart because again the flavor of the pho is out of this world, but customer service is a huge make or break for me , even if the food is spectacular.

The food is really good. It's a fusion restaurant so some dishes have a non-traditional twist. The Vietnamese sandwich didn't have pickled veggies, and had a honey mustard sauce. It also came with a HUGE pile of raw sliced white onion. It looked like an entire half of a raw onion. Way too much onion, but once I removed the onion the sandwich was very good. It wasn't really a Bahn mi, but it was a good sandwich. We also ordered a rice noodle salad. It was missing the pickled vegetables also, but everything else was pretty standard. Very good food, definitely not authentic.

The best pho in the JBLM area. I've been coming here for years and keep coming back.

Really great food! Nice staff and clean restaurant. I drive past this place all the time and it’s a little tucked in. So glad we stopped and tried it out it’s my new favorite local place to get egg rolls and Vietnamese sandwiches!

This place is a hidden gem because of its location but it does get busy during lunch hour from military personnel other than that it’s walk right in and served right away. Service is top notch. I’m a regular so they already know what I get so that’s a perk. I’ve tried basically all the pho places in Pierce county and this place is easily in my top 3. Large portions for what you pay. Probably the largest in the area. Flavorful broth and veggies are always fresh. Gyoza is a must try. If you’re in the Tillicum area, give this place a try!
