Haven't been able to go eat here cause rarely open and only open for 90 min in 2 days bad advertising and don't care about student's request and availability

Always delightful. I wasn't really happy with my scallop fetucini because it was not the large scallops. The other people's entres looked excellent and the recipients raved.

The service and food was great, the only thing I would have liked my food a little warmer.

rainer room is a diamond in the rough! i almost didn't put review because i don't want to prevent being able to get reservation. i also know these students work hard and deserve the credit. The food is so delicious and affordable prices. You truly will be addicted to the food and price.

A hidden gem of extreme value. Great lunch options for under $10. I would highly recommend making lunch reservations!

A hidden gem in Lakewood. CPTC students serve up very tasty menu. And, how cool that we have such a good training program.2nd visit. Each time the flavor, presentation, and textures were spot on. The creole prawns were excellent.

This is a culinary school restaurant. What a pleasant dining experience! Went here for a girls lunch. We really enjoyed ourselves. Ordered beef stroganoff, meatball sandwich, coconut prawns and citrus salad. Absolutely loved the salad the most. So fresh, crisp, and flavorful. By the time my stroganoff came I had filled up on salad and bread so didn't get to really enjoy like I had intended. The others in our group said their coconut prawns and meatball sandwich was delicious. We shared the cheesecake for dessert which was delicious! The Rainier Room is only open for lunch Wednesday and Thursday in from 11:00 a.m. to 12:45 p.m and must make reservations. Restaurant was clean, menu priced very well. Menu changes quarterly. All the students and staff were very kind and professional. Looking forward for a return visit.

What a gem. We moved to WA 6 months ago and this was actually my first dining out experience since Covid! Went with 3 other ladies. I have enjoyed eating at a Community College Culinary Program restaurant in the past. This was a similar experience. Great food, low price. The room doesn't have much ambience. The tables were spread out I assume due to covid restrictions. Most importantly was the food was delicious. Fresh ingredients prepared expertly. Unfortunately 3 of us had the same thing, Chicken Yakisoba. One person had the Pan Seared Sirloin Steak so I can't give a sweeping food review. Both dishes were ample size and were delicious. We shared the Chocolate Bourbon Cake which was super moist and flavorful. Our server was very accommodating with separate checks and to go boxes. Entree's are $6-$9, desserts, $4 Soups and Salads $4-$8. Coffee, soft drinks and tea $2. Unfortunately no wine!! Check their website for days and times. I think they are ending the quarter and may be closed for a month or so. We will return and I highly recommend having lunch here. They took our temp and we filled out a covid questionnaire. You need to wear a mask when entering or leaving.
