My bowl was great and all but I waited 20 minutes for a smoothie, so much for RUSH BOWL more like SLOW BOWL

Came in with a friend to order a couple wraps. We both had to wait to even get Acknowledged and get any type of service. Then when the short Hispanic girl finally decided to take our order she said it will take a while because only one of the grills to make the wrap was working we both agreed that was fine and said we’ll walk down to the rite aid we walk down to the rite aid to burn time we get back she didn’t even start making the wraps until she saw us waiting at the end of the counter which was wierd I felt like the order should’ve been started after. We waited 30 mins for two of the most DRYEST most Blan ceaser wraps she didn’t offer sauce on the side honestly I wanted to to ask for a refund because I did t understand why she took so long and didn’t even start our orders until she realized we were just waiting she didn’t apologize about the wait or anything it was a waist of 13 dollars never again.

When I pay $14, plus tip for a smoothie & bring my Own Metal Yeti Cup & add Multi Vitamin & Fiber to a Dragon whtever & add kale & spinach, I expect to taste something other than Frozen coconut. I saw the blender before it got blended tell me why it's thought tht 80% coconut with a dash of 20% fruit is okay(was hardly fruit. I went back Respectfully & spoke to Dave & the lady in blue hoodie & got the if you drink half routine & no I took 10mins before I went out to my car thinking ow it's just all just frozen.. waited for it to warm up on top & tasted whts on top..Nope just coconut.. where's the fruit flavor⁉️ I didn't get help after I brought it to their attention, so then I gota NonResponsive vibe to correct it & left I've already Wasted Enough of My Wifes & My time; We won't be coming back until this gets a response from y'alls manager‼️FYI pic tooled after 23mins after made so its melting & sinking into my cup! Not happy. I was at rush bowls tonight arriving at 6:50pm and waited to helped only to get told at exactly 7 that the 2 in front of me were last customers. Making me wait 10 minutes to tell me that they were the last ones and with your open sign still on at that.not happy with the service from person who worked on 3/01/24.

While the quality justifies the price to some extent, I couldn't help but feel it was a tad expensive, especially for a casual treat. First time here. Great experience! Staff was very helpful answered all our questions.Got the berry bowl with granola/honey/bananas. So tasty! Y’all the bowls here are AMAZING, I am obsessed! Pictured is the “beach bowl” with flax seeds mixed in, and the topping is blueberries, strawberries and banana. I also add the trimmer and energy boosters. While the bowls are phenomenal, it’s Jennifer (the supervisor) who made this bowl for me that keeps me coming back. Jennifer is absolutely wonderful! She has a spectacular energy and is beautiful inside and out. Thanks for always making this such a tremendous experience coming here!Dietary restrictions: Gluten and dairy free options!

I will not come back to Rush bowls. I came in around 6:35 pm and this my first time at this establishment and was served by Elaine. She had gave me one of the worst customer service experiences. I let her know it was my first time there, and she gave me an attitude. I was the only customer ordering at the time so there was time to have patience. When she had made the order, I was unaware the bowl was prepared. I was not notified and when I saw a bowl on the counter, I asked to be sure "is this my order?" And she replied by rolling her eyes, and said yes in a grunted expression. Please teach your staff the importance of customer service or you'll likely lose more customers.

Stop in for a first here and glad I did, absolutely amazing combination of ingredients. Service was pleasant and employee was very patient while I took my time deciding- will be going back!
Food was super mediocre and did not taste good, on top of that the customer service was absolutely trash.

Rush bowls is my preorder place. I love açaí bowls and they do have a recipe that is great.I love it with some granola / honey / coconut and peanut butter. I always grab some energy bites as well. I love the convenience of grabbing my bowl to go. Haven't had a smoothie.
