Today I ordered online for a pick up order. I had my small kids with me so didn't want to go inside the store. 7pm was my pick up time. I was sent a text at 838pm my order was ready. I get there at 845pm call to let them know I'm outside. No answer..so I walk in to the only associate available to chat was at self check out, this short round lady was super rude! I say "excuse me" she doesn't even look up from scribbling on a napkin and says "yessss" like I was bothering her doing nothing. I tell her I'm there for pick up she smirks and goes "oh he already left" lucky for her the assistant manager walks up and says "I'll take care of your order," or she was gonna get a piece of information to help her in her career at Safeway! The assistant manager was nice about it, but I asked her why they would allow a service that wasn't available. She mumbled something about the pickers working overtime but she didn't know why it would do that. I'm never ordering pick up from here again. I don't expect an apology because systems have errors. I am really disappointed in Safeway for allowing this to happen as well as hiring people who do NOT know how to interact with the public!

WORST PHARMACY EVER!! I tried getting my latest covid-19 vaccine at Safeway pharmacy this evening and the lady there said that since I was locked into the Rite Aid pharmacy for prescriptions I can't get my vaccinations there at all but I got my 1st and 2nd covid-19 vaccine there and didn't have a problem with it. I don't understand. It doesn't make any sense it pisses me off. Why couldn't they have told me that before I confirmed the appt earlier this afternoon? It's crap is what it is.

I usually go to this Safeway because it's closer. It's a nice store and pretty organized. However as of lately I have not been to satisfied. First, I love then chicken tenders, but for the last four times I have come to the store either they are always out or the one they do have are old and stale. Secondly, what is the point in having an express line if there is never anyone working those lanes?

Worse pick up service I've ever used! When I got home I discovered they didn't put my country style ribs in my order. I called the store and the employee had no idea how to help. She kept saying we canceled it and the receipt clearly showed that only 1 lb was canceled. she couldn't tell me what we were charged nor could she answer any questions. When I asked for a manager she said they both went home early. We had to go to back to the store to buy the ribs and on a Friday, it was very busy. Walmart and Fred Meyer have the best pick service so NEVER Safeway!!!

Worse Pharmacy people ever. Young lady at the pick up with blonde highlights is the most rudest lady I've ever encountered.. with that kind of attitude she should be flipping burgers at McDonald's. Not dealing with sick people.

I am sitting at gas pump. Nobody in the gas station office. I'm seeing customers waiting and leaving as their is no one in there.

I am a delivery employee of doordash. At 5:00 PM, I went to the self-check out. Then I used doordash's red card. I tried several times, but doordash's red card could not be accepted. When I left, a female employee called "TAKEBACK" very loudly! Does she need to yell like that? I've wasted my time helping customers get groceries because doordash's red card can't pay the bill! At that time, because of the employee's yelling, people looked at me as if I had done something wrong! I will report to the Health Department and City Hall. Supermarket company, your employees must be educated!

The staff at this Safeway typically offer great service, the store appears to be as clean as can be with constant human traffic in and out. I wish the hot soup area was always labeled and had more than just one or two options. (Last year there were usually 4 soups to choose from). Deli has good food as well, the hours of operation are also great as I often do late night shopping.

My Grandbaby's 3rd Birthday, Mom ordered cake in advance. We always love the results. Not this time.When we order we always ask for whip cream frosting, it tastes better. The cake looked lovely. But after the ho-rah! My daughter says Mom taste this, I'm 58 been cooking since 6 year's old. Boy, oh, boy it was awful, cake looked great, but the frosting ruined it, it tasted watered down like pure powdered sugar lots of butter but alot of powdered sugar,no whip cream either, down right gross. Never had any problems before. No quality whip cream frosting. So cake is ruined nobody could it eat it. It seems like someone needs alot more training. Yes , wish I could have been able to bake her a cake,but I work 55 hours a week 1 day off. So thanks for the disappointed Birthday ruined cake. Years we had good one's. So not this time. Gross . You can't take back on a 3 years Birthday cake. Garbage can it went. Thanks. Thanks a whole alot.
